    摘要: In a vulcanizing system of the present invention, a temperature booster and a pressure booster are provided on a steam supply path connecting vulcanizers that belong to groups and a boiler allocated to the groups. The temperature booster and the pressure booster are sequentially arranged from an upstream side, a second branch supply path for supplying the steam to a mold between the temperature booster and the pressure booster is branched from the steam supply path. The second branch supply path is preferably in a form of allowing the steam temperature-boosted by the temperature booster to be supplied to the mold by bypassing the pressure booster.

    摘要: An apparatus for transferring heat into a product, such as a tire, formed at least in part by molding is provided. The apparatus includes a mold that has a central axis with a forming surface disposed radially outward from the central axis. A heating conduit is included and is at least partially located radially outward from the forming surface of the mold. The heating conduit is configured for use with a gas, such as saturated steam, in order to effect heat transfer to the forming surface of the mold. The heating conduit extends helically with respect to the central axis in order to allow condensation formed in the heating conduit to be drained therefrom via the force of gravity. A drainage connector may be in communication with the exit of the heating conduit and have a lower longitudinal axis than the heating conduit to allow condensation to drain more easily therefrom.

    摘要: A tire vulcanizing method reduces consumption energy and increases productivity of vulcanization. This method involves supplying an inert gas to an internal space of the tire via a supply pipe, discharging the gas from the internal space via a return pipe, and supplying the gas from the return pipe to the supply pipe by a rotation type circulation device. A heating device heats the circulated gas. An internal outlet gas temperature sensor detects a temperature of the gas in the return pipe. A controller decreases a rotating speed of the circulation device when the return pipe gas temperature is a rotating speed decrease temperature or more.

    摘要: A vulcanizing device for a tire includes a mould, a central part, a curing bladder, and an injector. The central part is positioned inside the mould and supports the curing bladder, which is arranged to press firmly against an internal part of a tire. An internal part of the curing bladder defines a vulcanizing chamber, which holds a pressurized heat-transfer fluid. The heat-transfer fluid, which is a mixture of steam and pressurized gas, circulates in the vulcanizing chamber and between an inlet pipe leading into the vulcanizing chamber and an outlet pipe leading out of the vulcanizing chamber. The injector is arranged outside the vulcanizing chamber and is connected to the inlet pipe, the outlet pipe, and a supply pipe for supplying steam or pressurized gas. The injector is structured to mix steam or pressurized gas coming from the supply pipe with the heat-transfer fluid leaving the vulcanizing chamber.
