    摘要: The subject invention provides systems and methods for customizing the arrangement of a food tray. The system includes a demonstration unit having a boundary defining a desired shape for a food tray, and components representing a segment of a food tray. Each of the components may be adapted to be arrangeable within the boundary with a subset of the plurality of components as desired to form a food tray arrangement. The system further includes a modular mold adapted to receive a sub-mold inserts in configurable arrangements, and the sub-mold inserts. Each sub-mold insert may correspond to one of the selection of components, and may be adapted to be positioned within the modular mold in a plurality of arrangements. The method includes providing a demonstration unit having a boundary that defines a desired shape for a food tray, and providing components each representing a segment of a food tray.

The second mold moves relative to the first mold to press a top surface of the molding plate, the second mold includes a close chamber defined on a bottom surface thereof and corresponding to the cavity and includes a gas supply pipe communicating with the close chamber and connecting with a high-pressure gas device.

The in-mold label (IML) is a laminated film that includes a backing layer, a printed surface incorporating one or more designs thereon, a protective film layer, and one or more notches each having adjacent edges separated by a gap of predetermined distance and configured to intersect to ensure conformance of the IML to the angled or curved peripheral portion of the article. The article has front and back sides and a central portion bounded by a peripheral portion having a perimeter that is raised on the front side of the article wherein the peripheral portion transitions from the perimeter to the central portion by an angled surface, a curved surface or combinations thereof, with the article including the IML at least peripheral portion of the molded article.

Compared with the conventional art, the antibacterial substance needed by the glazing powder layer is relatively less than that needed by the tableware body; the reduction of antibacterial substance can lower the cost, save material and is more environment-friendly.

    摘要: The embodiments herein describe a container constructed in a preformed manner, such that no assembly of the container is required before use. The container includes a lid portion that is coupled to the base portion through a hinged connection such that the entire container is singularly constructed from a single piece of material. A nested configuration is achieved such that the base and lid portions are shaped to receive the corresponding base and lid portions of a second container. Such nested configuration allows for multiple containers to be stored in a nested stack, thereby minimizing storage space. The container can be fabricated from various types of re-used material along the lines of molded fiber.

An optional step of applying a wax coating to a rear surface of the food dish or the like is provided. The now completed food dish or food container is provided to a packaging apparatus for stacking and packaging.
