The pressing mechanism is configured to contact the plastic frame at least one contact point, and a direction of a resultant force of forces applied at the at least one contact point by the pressing mechanism is at an acute angle with respect to a plane where a top surface of the plastic frame lies.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly which improves the reliability of seal, mechanical strength, and handling ability of a solid polymer type fuel cell. The manufacturing method includes: preparing a membrane electrode assembly which differs in the size of the gas diffusion layers at the anode side and the cathode side; and providing a resin frame at the outer peripheral edge of the membrane electrode assembly by molding; wherein the molding includes the use of a mold that keeps penetration of the resin frame material into the gas diffusion layers and/or electrode layers to a minimum and prevents warping of the outer peripheral edges.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an edge protector for a cathode plate includes inserting a first retention plate into a slit in a first edge strip, proximate an end of the first edge strip. The first retention plate is also inserted into a slit in a second edge strip, proximate a first end of the second edge strip. Additionally, the first retention plate is inserted into a gap of a first plug, such that the first plug abuts both the end of the first edge strip and the first end of the second edge strip. A corner cap is then overmolded on the end of the first edge strip, the first plug, and the first end of the second edge strip.

摘要： Electronic device frames may be formed from fiber composites. Carbon fiber material may be formed into frame members using pultrusion tools. Notches may be machined into the frame members. The machined frame members may be assembled to form a rectangular frame assembly using lap joints. Fiber tape may be wound around the periphery of the frame assembly. Following curing, additional parts such as a metal blank may be bonded to the frame assembly and machined.
