    摘要: A body-maker includes a totaling crankshaft including an offset crank, the adjustable eccentric assembly including an eccentric shell assembly. The eccentric shell assembly is operatively coupled to the crankshaft crank. A primary connection rod is operatively coupled to the eccentric shell assembly. A ram assembly is operatively coupled to the primary connection rod. The ram assembly includes an elongated ram. In this configuration, the ram reciprocates over a stroke that is a function of the orientation of the eccentric shell assembly. Further, in an exemplary embodiment, the ram assembly is structured to adjust the range of the ram body stroke through a die pack without substantially decoupling a number of substantial components.

    摘要: A drive unit drives a slide which vertically reciprocates for pressing the workpiece. A detection unit detects positional information about the slide. A speed control unit controls the speed of the slide by the drive unit, based on motion information defining operation of the slide. A stoppage determination calculation unit sets a deceleration start point at which deceleration of the slide is to be started, based on the motion information and a set point at which the slide is to be forced to stop. A speed control unit determines whether an abnormality signal regarding transportation of the workpiece is input, when the slide reaches the deceleration start point based on the positional information about the slide detected by the detection unit. The speed control unit performs deceleration control for the slide so that the slide is stopped at the set point, when determining that the abnormality signal is input.

    摘要: An adjustable clamping mechanism includes a slider block annularly disposed about a rod device within a mechanical press. The mechanism utilizes a press or interference fit connection between the components. During operation, high-pressure oil is injected into the location between the slider block and rod, thereby relieving the press fit and making it possible to have relative movement therebetween. An actuator causes selective linear displacement of the slider block along the longitudinal axis of the stationary rod during the release condition. Once the slider block is repositioned, the high-pressure oil is removed, which reactivates the press fit connection and causes the slider block to once again lock up against the rod and prevent movement therebetween.

    摘要: An arrangement on a press having an eccentric shaft for adjusting the strokes of a working slide and of a counter-oscillating weight by adjustable eccentric/eccentric bush pairings. The eccentric bushes of these pairings can be detached and fixed on the eccentrics in the rotating direction since the connection is in each case an interference fit with a cylindrical locating surface that can be released by the feeding of pressure oil. This permits a narrow construction of the press with a relatively short eccentric shaft. The eccentrics are arranged directly next to one another on an eccentric shaft, and the eccentric bushes are rotationally connected with one another via radial disks with radial slots and pins engaging in them. The adjusting of the strokes takes place by rotating the eccentric shaft when the interference fits are released and the eccentric bushes are locked.
