摘要： A method for producing a cartridge system for producing a beverage, where the cartridge system is insertable into a beverage preparation machine and has a cartridge with a reservoir filled with a beverage substance and a cartridge receptacle connected to the cartridge. The cartridge receptacle has a mixing chamber and a fluid feed opening into the mixing chamber. An aluminum sheet is provided in a first step. A main body is generated at least partially from the aluminum sheet by punching and either deep-drawing or impact extrusion in a second step. A sealing element is attached to the main body in a third step. The main body is connected to the cartridge receptacle in a fourth step.

摘要： A connection rod coupling assembly includes a settable shape mounting second component having a lateral, primary axis and a bearing assembly including a bearing assembly body. The bearing assembly body includes a substantially cylindrical outer surface and a center axis. The bearing assembly body is coupled to the settable shape mounting second component in a non-aligned configuration. That is, the bearing assembly body center axis is offset from the settable shape mounting second component primary axis. Thus, the position of the bearing assembly body center axis is adjustable by repositioning the settable shape mounting second component relative to a settable shape mounting first component on a swing lever. The adjustment of the bearing assembly body, in turn, adjusts the range of the ram assembly and the ram assembly body.

摘要： A new method of manufacturing a torque-transmitting component is provided. The method includes providing a flat blank to a transfer press having a plurality of stations and performing a plurality of pressing operations, in which the flat blank is formed into a cup shape, rough splines are formed on the cup shape, and the rough splines are further pressed to define smooth splines. The component includes a continuous smooth inner diameter defined by a punch of the transfer press and a plurality of smooth splines defined by a die of the transfer press. The minor diameter of the splines is not machined to form the splines.
