    摘要: Systems and processes for extracting liquids and solids from waste include separately extracting liquids via spaced plates and solid waste out an exit pert with an operably counter pressured pressure cone. The system and process use a cylinder for accepting waste and a piston for providing pressure and pushing waste through the cylinder. Spaced plates with internal apertures are aligned with the cylinder, and pressure from the piston on waste in the apertures forces liquids to pass between the spaced plates. Solid waste egresses via an exit port aligned with the apertures when pressure on a pressure cone operably connected with the exit port exceeds the force keeping the pressure cone dosed on the exit port.

    摘要: A cage drying—compacting apparatus for wastes, includes a cylindrical shape and at least a pair of pressure plates, the cylindrical body having heating longitudinal tubes, coursed by a thermal carrier fluid, provided along the generatrixes of the cylinder and spaced from each other to realise longitudinal slots for outlet of vapour but not for outlet of material, coupled by constraint hinge elements, positioned at a given distance between centres, and the pressure plates being placed opposed each other, operating as movable basis of the body and acting as pistons. Heat sources are, provided inside the apparatus, all along its length, the sources include at least a tube coursed by thermal carrier fluid, an inlet for the material to be treated, and elements for collecting the material.

    摘要: A cage type compactor and dryer apparatus have a cylindrical body (10) formed by conduits (11) arranged according to the its generatrix lines and run through by a heat transfer fluid intended to heat the waste material contained therein (textile or foodstuff wastes, municipal solid wastes). The individual conduits (11) are spaced apart so as to form vapour outflow paths for the water vapour, having longitudinal dimension corresponding to the whole heating length of the cylindrical body (10). Pressure plates (14) form the mobile bases of the cylindrical body (10) in order to generate the needed axial pressure. Suitable hoops (12) arranged in spaced apart relation constrain said conduits (11) in order to withstand the radial components of the longitudinal forces. The ground connections of the cylindrical body (10), when it is horizontally mounted, are realised by running trolleys (15) aimed at minimising the stresses generated by the temperature variations.
