    摘要: A printing device for printing substrates, such as circuit boards, wafers, or solar cells, has at least one movably mounted printing unit with a working surface on which the substrate to be printed can be placed. The printing unit is paired with a transport belt device, which has a supply roller with a transport belt wound thereon, a collection roller for winding up the transport belt, and two deflecting surfaces, in particular deflecting rollers, which are paired with the working surface. The transport belt is guided by the supply roller over one deflecting surface and onto the working surface in order to form a contact surface for the substrates, and by the working surface over the other deflecting surface to the collection roller. The deflecting surfaces can be moved together with the respective printing unit. The supply and collection rollers are held on the printing device in a stationary manner.

The screen printing apparatus includes: a box-like member including a top-plate portion in which first suction hole is formed and which is allowed to contact a lower surface of the board; a blower suction pipe which communicates with an internal space of the box-like member, and which extends outside the box-like member; a motor which sucks air through the blower suction pipe to generate a blower suction force in the first suction hole; and an inverter which changes frequencies of the motor.

In a described embodiment, the screen printer 100 comprises: i) a stencil 110 with a plurality of apertures; ii) a paste dispenser arranged to dispense a paste material through the plurality of apertures of the stencil to form a print pattern of the stencil to form a print pattern of the paste material on an electronic device; iii) an image capturing device in the form of a fiducial camera 176 arranged to capture at least one image of the plurality of apertures 114 of the stencil 110; iv) a processor 180 arranged to select which of the apertures 114 require cleaning based on the at least one captured image; and v) a cleaning device 138 arranged to clean the selected apertures 114. A method of cleaning a stencil 110 of an SMT screen printer 100 is also disclosed.

Stencil printing can be quickly and readily effect by pressure reduction in the pressure chamber. The printing apparatus can be small-sized, lightweight and simplified as a whole, and is improved in operatability.

    摘要: Provided is a method and device for stencil printing which can readily achieve a stencil printing of a prescribed even density even when the surface area of the printing surface is great, and which can ensure a multi color printing to be made without mixing of colors even when a large number of copies are to be printed. Printing ink having a sufficient consistency to retain its shape is deposited on a stencil master plate S as ink lumps B, and a stencil master plate S is placed in a pressure chamber 17 with its surface carrying the ink lumps B facing the diaphragm 15, the pressure chamber 17 having a wall portion formed by a diaphragm 15 which is at least either flexible or elastic. The pressure chamber 17 is then depressurized so that the diaphragm 15 conforms to the ink lumps B and wraps itself onto the ink lumps B, and the stencil master plate S in turn comes into close contact with the printing paper P by being pressed by the diaphragm 15 to thereby achieve a stencil printing on a sheet of printing paper through pressurization of the ink lumps B on the stencil master plate S.

    摘要: A silkscreen printing system for multicolor printing by the application of separate colors in a predetermined order is provided in which a plurality of printing tables are positioned in the path travelled by the print material through the printer arrangement. Each of the print tables cooperates with the respective stencil which is intended to transfer to the print material a single color of the multicolor print. The system also includes a material transporting arrangement for advancing print material to a first of the plurality of print tables so that a first color is applied to the material by the stencil located above the first table. Subsequently, a second printing table receives the print material by the transport of the material transporting means so as to apply a second color print to the print material. The material transporting arrangement extends along all of the plurality of printing tables in the arrangement and is non-electrically conductive. The non-electrical conductive material permits a drying arrangment, operating by electromagnetic waves, to be placed in an area between mutually adjacent printing tables.
