Abstract:
Solder supply device includes solder cup that is tubular and open at one end, nozzle section for ejecting solder from the solder cup, flange section that is fixedly provided on an outer circumferential section of the nozzle section and that is engaged inside of the solder cup, and inner tube an end of which holds the nozzle section and the other end of which extends from the opening of the solder cup; the flange section is formed from material that is elastically deformable and the flange section is engaged inside the cup with an outer edge section of the flange section in an elastically deformed state. The elastic force arising between the outer edge section of the flange section and the solder cup is smaller than the holding force of the nozzle section by the inner tube.

Abstract:
There is provided a pattern forming apparatus which transfers a paste to a predetermined position of a pattern forming object fixed to a table through a pattern forming mask having opening portions at predetermined positions using a discharge mechanism part. To realize a pattern forming which allows the stable forming of a fine pattern with high accuracy and allows the paste to be surely filled into fine through holes, a corner portion of a distal end of the discharge mechanism part in contact with the pattern forming mask is formed into a concave shape, and a surface of the distal end portion of the discharge mechanism part including the concave shaped portion is covered with a film having liquid repellency so that the rolling of the paste is accelerated in a region formed by the concave shaped portion to form a fine pattern with high accuracy.
Abstract:
A screen printing machine includes: a paste supply apparatus which supplies paste on a mask by using a paste pot including an inner lid movable in a container. The paste supply apparatus includes: a pot holder which holds the paste pot such that a through hole of the container faces downward; an ejecting member which abuts on the inner lid of the paste pot; an ejecting member lifting unit which presses down the ejecting member to eject the paste from the through hole; a detector which detects a position of the ejecting member which is pressed down by the ejecting member lifting unit; and a notification device which generates a notification indicating a remaining amount of the paste in the container based on the position of the ejecting member detected by the detector.
Abstract:
A pressing mechanism that presses a dam member 30 against a screen mask 12 has a guide shaft 32 that guides a direction of movement of the dam member 30 during pressing operation and a compression spring 33 that forces the dam member 30 in an axial direction of the guide shaft 32. A printing pressure value at which the dam member 30 is pressed against the screen mask 12 is made stable, to thus make stable an effect of preventing effluence of the paste to the outside of a print width on the screen mask 12.

Abstract:
A device for printing an impression by silk screen printing on at least one object, comprising of: a chassis; a screen holder module for holding a screen; and a squegee holder module (9) for holding a squegee (35) that is designed for scraping over the screen along a direction of scraping. The squegee holder module comprises a support (17) mounted on to the chassis, and a removable squegee holder (19) attached on to the support, the support having a receiving surface (21) for receiving the squegee holder, and the squegee holder having a fastening plate (43) for fastening the squegee holder on the receiving surface in a printing position in which the scraping direction of the squegee extends along a direction of printing (Ox), and an alternative fastening plate (45) for fastening the same squegee holder on the receiving surface in an alternative printing position in which the scraping direction of the squegee extends along an alternative direction of printing (Oy) that is distinct from the direction of printing (Ox).
Abstract:
A stencil printer for printing solder paste onto a substrate includes a frame, a stencil, coupled to the frame, having apertures formed therein, a support assembly, coupled to the frame, to support the substrate in a printing position beneath the stencil, and a dispensing head coupled to the frame in such a manner that the dispensing head is configured to traverse the stencil during first and second print strokes. The dispensing head includes a frame assembly and a wiper blade assembly, coupled to the frame assembly, having first and second wiper blades that contact the stencil to print solder paste onto the stencil during a print stroke. The first and second wiper blades are constructed and arranged to force solder paste through the apertures of the stencil. The dispensing head further includes a dispensing unit, coupled to the frame assembly, having a chamber adapted to dispense solder paste, the dispensing unit being disposed between the first and second wiper blades to deposit solder paste therebetween. A method for printing solder paste on a substrate is further disclosed.
