The group may optionally comprise a social network, a pair, 3 or more individuals and so forth. By “implicit communication” it is meant communication for which there is no record, for example in a database. The aftereffects of such communication may optionally be determined, detected and/or measured through detection and/or measurement of influence, as described in greater detail below. For example, if a first consumer performs purchase of an item and a second consumer later purchases the same or similar item within a given time period, the two purchases may optionally be linked through influence which may in turn have optionally occurred through implicit communication. Optionally, the system and method may also measure or at least detect the effect of explicit communication, for which there is a record, for example in a database that describes the communication itself.

摘要： Disclosed is a multipurpose case used as a case of cosmetic tools or stationery materials which allows withdrawal of cosmetic tools or stationery materials as required by a user. The multipurpose case has a simple structure and a core accommodated in the multipurpose case may be withdrawn at once. The multipurpose case includes a core fixing section, to which first and second tubes are coupled from upper and lower portions thereof. A third tube is arranged between the first and second tubes and the core fixing section is coupled to a lower end of the third tube. When the third tube is moved up, the core fixing section is simultaneously moved up, so that the core provided at an upper end of the core fixing section is easily withdrawn to an exterior. The multipurpose case having the simple structure reduces the manufacturing cost and improves the convenience of use by allowing for easy withdrawal of the core.

摘要： A tip-pushed type mechanical pencil permits a forward advance of a pencil lead by pressing the front end of the pencil against a writing surface and then releasing it. The mechanical pencil includes an outer cylinder in which an inner cylinder having a ferrule is fitted. The inner cylinder is normally urged by a first spring to cause the ferrule to project out of the front end of the outer cylinder. A control tube carrying a lead grasping packing is inserted within the inner cylinder. The control tube is urged toward the front end of the outer cylinder by a second spring. A chuck is received within the control tube, and is integrally connected with a lead passage tube which extends through the inner cylinder. The chuck cooperates with a chuck ring disposed within the control tube to grasp or release a lead. Both the chuck and the control tube are urged by a third spring in opposite directions. When the ferrule is pressed inward against the resilience of the first spring, the control tube retracts together with the inner cylinder, and when the force applied to the ferrule is released, the control tube moves toward the front end in delayed relationship with respect to the movement of the inner cylinder.

摘要： A pen system comprising a cover member joined to an adapter having an anterior end of an ink cartridge disposed therein is disclosed. A pen housing covers the ink cartridge and is sealed via a plug. In one embodiment, a slit divides a surface of the adapter to allow a collapse of the adapter, thus narrowing a height of the adapter, to allow insertion of the adapter into the cover member. A first and second annular groove are disposed at a center of the adapter, where each annular groove interfaces with a cover member annular ridge to define an open and closed position of the pen. In an alternate embodiment, an annular washer having an annular ridge is disposed in the cover member, in place of the cover member annular ridge, to interface with the first and second annular groove thus defining the open and closed positions of the pen.

The retractable ink pen further includes an elongate barrel including an outer surface having the other of the position structure and both the first locator and the second locator, wherein the position structure is located at the first locator when the writing end is in the retracted position and wherein the locating structure is located at the second locator when the writing end is in the extended position.

摘要： A ballpoint pen system has a pen housing, a top cap, and a ballpoint ink cartridge located in the pen housing. The top cap is located on a pen housing anterior end. In a first closed position a top cap anterior internal annular ridge and a top cap posterior internal annular ridge engage an anterior annular groove and a median annular groove of the pen housing, respectively. In a second, open position, the top cap anterior internal annular ridge and the top cap posterior internal annular ridge engage the median annular groove and a posterior annular groove of the pen housing, respectively. In a first position, the ballpoint tip is located below a top cap anterior end aperture. In a second position, the ballpoint tip is located above and through the top cap anterior end aperture.
