    摘要: A quick release mechanism includes a male member including a locking pin, a female member including a cavity for receiving the male member, a locking joint on the female member including a longitudinal bore for receiving the male member, a longitudinal slit for receiving the locking pin, and a locking recess for capturing the locking pin, a spring within the cavity for securing the locking pin within the locking recess, and a bearing enabling rotation of the male member within the cavity. The male member engages the female member by guiding the locking pin into the slit and compressing the spring until the locking pin is released from the slit into the cavity. The locking pin is then able to shift into the locking recess by rotating the male member. The spring exerts a force onto the male member to maintain the locking pin within the locking recess.

    摘要: A chuck with a chuck body having a guide opening and an actuating element, and with at least one interchangeable clamp that can be inserted into the guide opening. The clamp has associated therewith a rotary disk with a blocking element that secures the rotary disk against rotation relative to the chuck body during insertion of the clamp into the guide opening. This makes it possible that, upon a rotation of the clamp about the longitudinal axis in the guide opening, a segment can be displaced outward toward the chuck body by the rotation relative to the rotary disk, via which the clamp is detachably secured on the chuck body. A clamp with a clamp body, a pivot body located in the clamp body, and a chucking element is also provided. The clamp has, at the opposite end of the clamping element, a locking unit that carries the pivot body.

The fastening section is divided into at least one guide region and one locking region, where at least one interlocking geometry, which protrudes in the axial direction beyond the remaining locking region, and which in particular is a bulge, is designed for transmission of a torque from the tool holder to the drilling tool, and the at least one interlocking geometry has two abutting surfaces each in the tangential direction. One first abutting surface of the two abutting surfaces is designed essentially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the drilling tool and the first abutting surface serves to transmit the torque.

    摘要: A tool clamping mechanism connects a first member to a second member. The first member has a cylindrical stem with a coupling tooth projecting from the stem. The second member has a clamping cavity formed by the union of a gripping bore and an access hole. The access hole has an access bore and a tooth access hole formed to accommodate the stem and the coupling tooth respectively. The stem diameter of the stem is larger than the gripping bore diameter of the gripping bore. The clamping cavity further has a coupling recess for accommodating the coupling tooth. The coupling recess has a drive surface for engaging a driven surface located on the coupling tooth to create a force which pushes the stem from the access bore into the gripping bore and helps prevent separation of the two members.

At least some of the disclosed embodiments may eliminate the need for a retainer pin, thereby allowing the work tool to rotate, possibly avoiding wear, increasing tool life and simplifying tool replacement.

    摘要: An electric power tool is provided which prevents malfunction with excellent operability even when one operation mode among various modes is selectable. In a gear case of a housing, there are provided a clutch switching groove which engages with a connecting projection of a clutch switching lever, a slit which guides a guide body having a stepped pin which penetrates an impact switching groove to engage with an auxiliary ring, and a percussion switching groove which engages with a connecting projection of a percussion switching lever. In addition, a switching case is externally provided, so that combination of sliding positions of each switching member can be changed. As the switching case can be operated by a switching button, any of all operation modes, which are, a drill mode, an impact mode, a percussion drill mode, and a clutch mode can be selected with the switching button only.
