摘要: In a seat drive device that is built in a seat including a central portion and a side support located outside the central portion in a width direction, and drives the side support, the seat drive device includes a base fixed to the seat, a paddle that is rotatably supported with respect to the base and rotates in a unfolding direction to displace the side support toward a seating region of a user, and an air bag that is disposed between the base and the paddle and rotates the paddle in the unfolding direction by expansion accompanying air supply, wherein the paddle includes a pressing portion that presses the side support from inside, and an arm that is rotatably supported with respect to the base and extends toward the pressing portion, wherein a rotation axis of the paddle is located at the central portion of the seat, and wherein the arm is curved toward a retraction direction that is a direction opposite to the unfolding direction.

摘要: A motor vehicle seat having a backrest and a seat part, at least one flexible, fluid-fillable hollow body attached to the seat part or the backrest, and at least two chambers that are in fluid communication with one another. The chambers are arranged one on top of the other and have in their walls corresponding passages which enable a fluid exchange between the chambers. The chambers are firmly connected to one another in the region of the passages, wherein the volume of the lowermost chamber adjacent to the seat part or the backrest is the largest and the volume of each additional chamber is smaller compared with the volume of the chamber below it. The chambers are arranged one on top of the other such that the maximum lift of the fluid-fillable hollow body when it is being filled with fluid is outside the center of the lowermost chamber.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an air bag includes forming a bag portion surrounded by a welded portion extending in an annular shape by pressing at least one welding mold against two sheet materials arranged to be stacked from a stacking direction of the sheet materials. The welding mold is pressed against the sheet materials to form the welded portion including a welding bead portion protruding to an inside of the bag portion between the sheet materials. A pressing surface of the welding mold against the sheet materials is provided with a slope portion facing in the stacking direction of the sheet materials and in a direction of the inside of the bag portion at a position further on an outside of the bag portion than a position at which the welding bead portion is formed.

摘要: A control system and method for a pneumatic seat of a vehicle and a computer-readable medium, the pneumatic seat including a plurality of airbags (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16) corresponding to different parts of the body of an occupant, where the control system further includes an information collection module (3), a determining module (4), and a control module (2), and the information collection module (3) is configured to collect motion information of the vehicle and/or external road information; the determining module (4) is configured to determine, based on the motion information and/or the road information, whether the vehicle satisfies either of a first condition and a second condition, where the first condition is whether continuous changes have occurred or are about to occur on a motion status of the vehicle in a first time period, and the second condition is whether a change range of the motion status of the vehicle in a second time period is or is about to be greater than a set threshold; and the control module (2) is configured to: when either of the first condition and the second condition is satisfied, control inflation and deflation of at least one of the airbags (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16), to move the body of the occupant to be adapted to the motion status of the vehicle and/or a change of the motion status of the vehicle, to reduce discomfort caused by carsickness.
