When the operation mechanism pushes down the movable pin a specified distance, a tapered lower end portion of the movable pin causes the brake arms to turn by pushing outward on the upper ends of the brake arms, so that the lower ends of the brake arms are pressed against the lateral wheel surfaces of the tired wheel.
