    Abstract: Tool-free bicycle components include a pedal assembly with pedals shipped in “folded” positions and rotated by hand into locked “open” positions for riding. A locking member nests in an axle notch to rotationally lock the pedals in place. A stem-fork assembly includes a fork unit having a fork post with a slidable compression ring covering a spring-biased stem locking member. The fork post is inserted into a stem tube of a stem unit, pushing the ring down and exposing the stem locking member, which can then “snap” into the stem tube to lock the fork unit with the stem unit. A training wheel assembly includes a mounting unit having a spring member with a bendable engagement end. When a wheel support with engagement slot is inserted into the mounting unit, the spring member snaps into the engagement slot to lock the training wheel support in place.

    Abstract: A stowable steering column for a vehicle comprising a fork steerer tube including a fork; a base coupled to the fork steerer tube; a steering tube slidably received within the base and the fork steerer tube, the steering tube including an upper terminal end and a lower portion; a handlebar assembly coupled to the upper terminal end of the steering tube. The maximum effective length of the steering tube is greater than the effective length of the fork steerer tube and base and the steering tube is slidable into different axial positions relative to the base and fork steerer tube to facilitate different handle bar heights for riding and the steering tube is slidable downwards so that the handlebar assembly approaches the base and substantially all of the steering tube is stowed within or below the fork steerer tube for at least one of transport and storage.

    Abstract: A front wheel locking mechanism of power scooter includes a sleeve, a steering mechanism, and a positioning mechanism. The sleeve is mounted at the front end of a frame of power scooter, and the steering mechanism includes a shaft sleeved inside the sleeve and formed with an unround-shaped positioning slot. The positioning mechanism is mounted on the sleeve and includes a pin having an enlarged anchoring head contoured with the unround-shaped positioning slot. The enlarged anchoring head can be pressed into the shaft through the unround-shaped positioning slot only in a first angle, and then keeping the enlarged anchoring head continually anchoring inside the shaft by turning the pin driver away from the first angle. By this locking mechanism, the front wheel set can be easily prevented from freely swiveling around, during a user is taking apart, re-assembling, folding or unfolding the frame of power scooter.

    Abstract: A quick release structure for a bicycle includes a locking rod fixed securely, wherein the locking rod has a polygonal groove formed therein. The driving post of the locking rod includes a polygonal head. As desiring to lock the locking rod on the bicycle frame or to unlock the locking rod from the bicycle frame, the polygonal head of the driving post retains with the polygonal groove of the locking rod so as to rotate the locking rod. When the locking rod is rotated tightly, the polygonal head of the driving post removes from the polygonal groove so that the locking rod cannot be rotated, and the driving post of the locking rod does not drive the locking rod to rotate loosely after vibration, thereby obtaining positioning safety.
