摘要： A clipless pedal platform adapter can include first and second platforms. Each platform can have an outer side to interface with a user's foot and an inner side to interface with a clipless pedal, the inner sides facing one another. First and second side members can also be pivotally coupled to the first and second platforms at opposite ends of the platforms such that a distance between the platforms is variable. The first and second platforms and the first and second side members can define a pedal opening to receive the pedal. The first and second platforms can be biased toward one another to force the inner sides against the pedal thereby coupling the clipless pedal platform adapter to the pedal.

The body includes a through hole configured to accommodate the connection shaft. The connection shaft includes a first taper section and a first screwing section fitting with the tapered sleeve and the threaded sleeve. A second taper section of the tapered sleeve mates with the first tapered section of the connection shaft, the threaded sleeve includes a second screwing section screwing with the first screwing section of the connection shaft, and the threaded sleeve pushes the tapered sleeve. The body of fixed size cooperates with the tapered sleeve of fixed size, multiple connection shafts of various sizes, and multiple threaded sleeves of various sizes so as to adjust a span of the bicycle pedal, and the connection shaft is in connection with the body.

摘要： A restraining system is configured to secure and release a rider's footwear to a vehicle footrest in response to inputs to a control interface. The vehicle is typically a motorcycle or bicycle. In the case of a motorcycle, a rider's boot is restrained to a motorcycle foot peg by the action of a restraining device. Exemplary restraining device embodiments include an electromagnet or a mechanical latch. The control interface may be located on the motorcycle handlebar or on the rider's helmet. The rider can provide the inputs directly to the control interface. Alternatively, the inputs may be received from a wireless source.

摘要： A fastening device on pedals of exercisers includes a first belt having an end connected to an end of the pedal and a lock assembly is connected to the other end of the first belt. The lock assembly includes a base and a pawl which is pivotably connected between two side walls of the base. A torsion spring is connected between the pawl and the base. First teeth are defined in an end of the pawl. A second belt has an end connected to the other end of the pedal and the other end of the second belt is inserted between the base and the pawl. Second teeth are defined in a side surface of the second belt and engaged with the first teeth. The first teeth are disengaged from the second teeth 212 by pivoting an operation end of the pawl such that the second belt can be quickly and conveniently adjusted to a desired position.

摘要： A pedal for a bicycle with a foot-holding stirrup which extends over the forward area of a foot placed onto the upper side of the pedal and the ends of which are connected to the pedal. In the pedal, the foot-holding stirrup extends to the underside of the pedal and has ends bent upwards which may be introduced into plug openings formed in the underside of the pedal. The toe clip body is formed of a plate curved forward at a substantially intermediate portion thereof and has the curved portion and a first and second free end portions extending rearwardly thereof. At both side edges of the clip body between the lower end of curved portion and the rear edge of second free end portion are provided a pair of rising pieces approximately equal in height to a front plate at the pedal so that when attached to the pedal for use, the toe clip has a reduced resistance against air flow.

摘要： A pedal for a pedal driven apparatus, such as a bicycle, moped, or the like, includes a flexible, pliable, strap as of nylon webbing which passes twice over the pedal forming a double loop configuration for strapping the foot of the operator to the pedal. A leaf spring, preferably disposed within the nylon webbing arches over the pedal, generally parallel to its axis of revolution, for holding the loops of the strap in an arched configuration over the pedal to facilitate entry of the operator' s foot. A slideable locking fastener permits the operator to tighten the straps over the foot while pedalling. A holder holds the two straps in side-by-side relation while permitting the strap to slide therethrough for adjustment of the loop size. A gripping member is carried on the loose end of the strap to facilitate pulling thereon. Velcro fasteners are associated with the loose end of the strap and the holder for fastening the loose end of the strap to the holder after the adjustment has been made. The strap is of light weight and disposed such that the total pedal assembly including straps, has a center of gravity relative to the axis of revolution such that the moments exerted on the pedal are arranged to hold the pedal in the horizontal to facilitate entry of the foot.

摘要： A bicycle pedal has a foot-supporting portion and a retainer that includes flexible first and second retaining bands, an elongated resilient connecting member, and a flexible sleeve. The first and second retaining bands extend respectively from two opposite sides of the foot-supporting portion. The connecting member has two ends fastened respectively to the first and second retaining bands so that engagement band portions of the first and second retaining bands are movable away from each other. The sleeve is disposed around the engagement band portions of the first and second retaining bands. When one foot of a rider is inserted into a space between the sleeve and the foot-supporting portion, the connecting member is stretched automatically to an extent corresponding to the size of the foot so as to clamp the foot between the sleeve and the foot-supporting portion.
