摘要: A pontoon is provided, comprising a plurality of pontoons. The plurality of pontoons may include a port-side pontoon, a starboard-side pontoon spaced from the port-side pontoon, and at least one a middle pontoon positioned intermediate the port-side pontoon and the starboard-side pontoon. A deck may be coupled to each of the port-side pontoon, the starboard-side pontoon, and the at least one middle pontoon. A manifold system may be positioned within the middle pontoon, and the manifold system may comprise a first portion including a first fluid conduit having an inlet in fluid communication with an exterior of the middle pontoon. The manifold system may further comprise a second portion removably coupled to the first portion and having a second fluid conduit positioned to receive fluid from the first fluid conduit. The manifold system may still further comprise a third portion including a third fluid conduit positioned to receive fluid from the second fluid conduit and having an outlet in fluid communication with the exterior of the middle pontoon. The second portion may be removably coupled to the third portion. Further, a motor may be coupled to the manifold system.

摘要: A pontoon boat is provided that includes a deck and a plurality of pontoons running longitudinally beneath the deck and providing buoyancy to the pontoon boat. The plurality of pontoons include a multi-chine configuration that increases the stability of the pontoon boat and provides handling characteristics similar to that of a hulled boat. The plurality of pontoons may include two outer pontoons and a third pontoon positioned laterally intermediate the outer pontoons. The third pontoon may include a plurality of chines, and each of the outer pontoons may include at least one chine. At least a portion of each of the at least one chines of the outer pontoons may be positioned vertically below the plurality of chines of the third pontoon. The chines on the third pontoon may extend longitudinally further than each of the at least one chines of the outer pontoons.

摘要: A system for enhancing a wake profile produced by a pontoon boat is provided. The system includes a pair of ramps attached to the bottom of a platform supported by at least two pontoons. The ramps may be oriented downward with a rear end of the ramp disposed in the water between the pontoons. The water flowing between the pontoons is displaced downward by the ramps, thereby increasing water displacement and directing the water to produce an improved wake profile. Downforce may be applied to the boat by one or more wake plates, with a faceted portion of the wake plate facing forward and upward, such that when water impacts the faceted portion a downforce is provided. The wake plates may be attached to the ramps or may be separate from the ramps.

摘要: A floating dam or island is provided by pre-fabricating modular hollow bodies. A first group of modular bodies is laid floating on a water surface, positioning the modular bodies in mutual side-to-side arrangement so as to delimit therebetween intermediate gaps within which the reinforcing rods are protruding. A first concrete casting is performed into the gaps and over the modular bodies so as to render them mutually joined. A second group of modular bodies is then laid over the first group and a second concrete casting is performed in order to join the first and second group together. Additional groups of modular bodies are laid and further concrete castings are performed up to obtaining a monolithic block having a desired floating dam or island configuration.

摘要: An assembly (3) comprising at least a first module (1) and a second module (2) with respective longitudinal axes (5) is described. Each one of the modules (1, 2) comprises a connection side (6, 7, 8, 9) which is facing the other module (1, 2) and is arranged between the upper side (6, 7, 8, 9) and the underside (20, 42), and at least two elongated bendable members (12) which connects the first module (1) with the second module (2). The first module (1) comprises at least a first connection side (6) which comprises a first recess (13) which is a part of a rotationally symmetrical form with a symmetry axis (43) which is parallel with the connection side (6). The assembly (3) comprises at least a first connection member (17), which comprises an inelastic member (22) and a longitudinal axis (35) which is parallel with the symmetry axis (43), and which is in engagement with and rotatable around the symmetry axis (43) in relation to the first recess (13).

摘要: A semi-submersible floating structure for the drilling and production of offshore oil and gas is provided. The semi-submersible floating structure includes a pontoon having a plurality of pontoon sections, an outer edge, and an inner edge, the pontoon sections defining an interior space. The semi-submersible floating structure further includes a plurality of columns extending vertically upward from the pontoon. Each column has an upper section having an upper column width; and a lower section. The lower section has a bottom end coupled to the pontoon and aligned with the outer edge of the pontoon, the bottom end having a lower column width greater than the upper column width, at least part of the bottom end protruding into the interior space. The lower section further has a flared portion between the upper section and the bottom end; the flared portion having a width that varies from the upper column width at the upper section to the lower column width at the bottom end. A pontoon center-to-center distance between central axes of opposing sections of the pontoon is greater than a corresponding column center-to-center distance between central axes of opposing upper sections of the columns coupled to the opposing sections of the pontoon.

摘要: A floating support device (1) for a photovoltaic panel, includes: a structure (2) including coupling elements (3) for coupling to other floating devices in such a way as to allow a network (R) of floating devices to be formed; one or a plurality of floats (4), intended to ensure that the device does float, which are rigidly connected to the structure (2); and elements for holding at least one photovoltaic panel (P), and in which the structure is an element separate from the float(s) so as to allow forces to be transmitted between the floating devices of the network without transmitting the forces from the network to the float(s).

摘要: A floating module includes an upper half and a lower half. The upper half includes one edge from which a flange extends downwardly, while the lower half includes an opposite edge that includes an upwardly facing flange. Modules can be interconnected to one another by engaging the upper flange from one with the lower flange from another. A cavity and channels are formed in the lower surface of the module such that water will become entrapped in the cavity and channels when the platform is placed in water. Through use of one way check valves positioned in fluid communication with the cavity and channels, a hydro-lock is formed that prevents the water from escaping the cavity and channels while it is placed in water.

摘要: A floating unit capable of attaching to another floating unit by locks for assembling a floating structure according to this invention comprises a floating body being in the form of a hollow polygonal shape as viewed from a plan view. The floating body comprises an upper surface, a lower surface, and a plurality of lateral surfaces connected to said upper and lower surfaces. Said upper surface and said lower surfaces of the floating body comprise at least one upper engaging surface and at least one lower engaging surface respectively on each associated side of said polygonal floating body, wherein the upper and lower engaging surfaces are respectively adapted in order to be fitted with a locking surface of said lock, therefore, said floating body can be attached to a floating body of another floating unit.
