摘要： A reclosable package having a blister with an outer wall defining an article-holding cavity in communication with a cavity opening that includes a door attached by a hinge and configured to seat in the opening with engagement between the door and a cavity-opening defining side or edge helping keep the door closed. In one embodiment, the door includes an indented portion that frictionally engages at least one and preferably a plurality of cavity-opening defining side when closed. Such an indented portion can include an undercut that underlies part of the adjacent cavity-opening defining side when the door is closed having an interference fit therebetween that can be a snap fit. The package can also be configured to provide releasable engagement between part of the door and part of the blister outer wall when the door is closed that can be in the form of a bar snap.

摘要： A blister pack assembly includes a backing card comprising a first opening therethrough; a blister pack releasably secured to the backing card and comprising a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion are connected via a living hinge, the living hinge enabling the first portion and the second portion to be pivoted between open and closed positions; the first and the second portions defining a storage space therebetween when in the closed position, at least one interengaging, reusable securement to enable the first and the second portions to be releasably secured in the closed position, and a non-reusable securement that secure the first and the second portion to one another through the first opening in the backing card; wherein after the non-reusable securement is released, the blister pack can be removed from the backing card.

摘要： A sealed blister assembly is made tip of a blister sheet, a lid sheet, and a label sheet. The plastic sheet and plastic lid are joined together to form a substantially impermeable seal. The seal is formed by engagement of an undercut in the plastic sheet and a shoulder in the plastic lid. A plastic sheet and/or plastic lid are made from a polymer such as low density polyethylene to obtain the impermeable seal. The label sheet is secured directly to the blister and lid sheets.

摘要： A cake package for packaging large and heavy cakes is shown with a cake base, a cake cover, two slits cut into the bottom side of the cake base along the corrugation of the board, and at least two flexible, reusable spring loaded clips. To assemble the present invention, a cake is first mounted to the cake base in the conventional manner. Then, the cake cover is attached to the cake base by using food grade glue or any other conventional method. Finally, the clips are mounted into place by securing the upper part of the clips to the cake cover and by securing the lower part of the clips into the slits located at the bottom of the cake cover. The clips stay in place due to the rigidity of their material.

摘要： A thermoformed plastic package for long, thin, round articles, such as thermometers and catheters, is provided with a receiving trough which is approximately equal in width but may be somewhat shallower than the diameter of the article, keepers being spaced along the length of the trough extending inwardly from both sides and outwardly away from the open side of the trough whereby to maximize the space efficiency of the package by minimizing the depth of the trough necessary to accomodate and retain the article therein. The keepers may be opposite each other or somewhat staggered. The oral thermometer package disclosed provides a convenient protective case for the thermometer when not in use and a container for a supply of sanitary sheaths for use with the thermometer.

摘要： A dispensing package for relatively small elongated bodies such as arbor mounted tube fitting ferrules and including a rectangularly shaped base of relatively rigid but resilient material and a clear cover of plastic or the like. The base has suitable locking indentations or apertures along the front and rear edges to interact with complementary downwardly protruding stops on the cover, thus to limit relative movement of the cover and base. The plastic cover has elongated, transversely disposed blisters above the base which hold and display items therein. The side edges of the cover turn inwardly to form longitudinal grooves which slidably engage the side edges of the base.
