摘要： A hazardous drug deactivation wipe kit includes a first pouch having a one-way valve coupled to an end thereof, a second pouch, and a third pouch. The first pouch contains a wipe saturated in a hypochlorite solution, the second pouch contains a wipe saturated in thiosulfate solution, and the third pouch contains a wipe saturated in isopropyl alcohol solution. The deactivation wipe kit may be used in a clean room to deactivate most hazardous drugs on a work surface.

摘要： An inflating stick and a processing machine are provided. The inflating stick includes a body, a link rod, a cutter, and one or more inflating tubes. A front end of the body includes a guiding segment with a cone structure. A rear end of the body includes a packing segment of which an external diameter is greater than that of the guiding segment. The body includes a gas inlet formed on the packing segment. The body further includes an internal chamber allowing gas to flow into through the gas inlet and gas outlets formed on an outer wall of the body allowing gas to flow out. The link rod and the cutter are disposed in rear of the body. The inflating tube is connected to the gas inlet for supplying gas to the internal chamber, and the gas can flow out from the gas outlets to inflate the gas columns.

摘要： A flexible laminate for a package is described that includes an integrated one-way valve that allows gas generated within the package (e.g., carbon dioxide outgas) to be released to the external environment, while at the same time preventing environmental elements from entering the package. The valve is defined by the layers that form the flexible laminate, as opposed to being a separate structure that is attached to the flexible laminate. In particular, first and second cut lines are defined in a valve area of the first and second film layers of the flexible laminate structure in an offset manner. Oil is pattern-applied to one or both film layers in the valve area, and an opposing surface of one or both of the film layers further includes a surface treatment that decreases the amount of surface energy between the film layers to allow the valve to open at the desired pressure.

摘要： An air-sealed body capable of automatically opening an air valve is provided. First, the two inner films are laminated between two outer films. An air passage and a plurality of air columns are formed through joining by means of heat-sealing. Air inlets are formed by heat-sealing in the two inner films at the places where the heat-resisting material is coated, and a plurality of heat-sealed blocks are formed through joining by means of heat-sealing at the sides of the air inlets. When air is filled in, the two outer films of the air passage are pulled open outward in a longitudinal direction, the air passage contracts in a lateral direction due to a drop height of the heat-sealed blocks. The two inner films are squeezed by the heat-sealed blocks to be pulled open outward in the longitudinal direction to open the air inlet.

摘要： There is described a bag for being manipulated by a lifting element, including a tube portion defined by at least two opposed side walls and two opposed end sections. The first end section closes the tube portion for defining a cavity and the second end section includes at least one flap extending from one of the side walls to be connected to the other side wall. There is a slot defined beneath and parallel to the flap in between the opposed side walls for receiving the lifting element, the flap and the slot thereby defining a handle. There is also one or more reinforcement members, such as a strip of HDPE or the like, each applied to and extending between the flap and the corresponding side wall. The reinforcement strip resists tearing of the handle when the bag is lifted.
