摘要： This invention provides a blister pack dosage form container, comprising an advanceable blister pack holder, comprising a series of access portals sized to accommodate pass-through of at least one dosage form contained within a multi-dosage form containing blister pack located within said holder proximally therethrough upon engagement of an appropriate depilling structure, wherein said advanceable blister pack holder optionally accommodates upright positioning of said dosage forms and said depilling structure displaces said dosage form laterally. The invention also provides a multi-dosage form container, comprising an advanceable multi-sectioned dosage form holder, comprising a series of access portals sized to accommodate pass-through of at least one dosage form contained within said multi-sectioned dosage form holder proximally therethrough upon alignment with an appropriate egress structure, optionally wherein said multi-sectioned dosage form holder accommodates upright positioning of said dosage forms such that said egress structure provides for lateral displacement of said at least one dosage form; and a lockable outer container, comprising a tamper proof casing within which the multi-sectioned dosage form holder is contained. Kits containing the blister pack dosage form container and multi-dosage form containers are also described.

The package also has a release mechanism including a moveable tab (76) that may be depressed to cause the two-part locking mechanism to be unlocked as well as to case the lockable receptacle to be at least partially withdrawn from the outer sleeve. The moveable tab is oriented at a non-normal angle relative to a lateral axis (x) of the outer sleeve. The non-normal angle is defined as a first angle (α) between the lateral axis and a notional axis (C) which runs centrally of the moveable tab through the anchored portion and to a medial point (M) of the front edge.

The release area is provided in the sidewall of the container having the locking edge, and the locking edge of the slider comprises two or more plies of a material used to provide the slider. The package includes means for biasing the locking edge of the slider into engagement with the locking edge of the container. The biasing means extends from a blister pack carrier connected to the slider.

摘要： A method for controlling the delamination of a package at the exposed edges of the package is disclosed. A carton is formed with a panel comprising at least one exposed edge, at least one partial depth cut proximate to the exposed edge, and a removable section positioned between the exposed edge and the partial depth cut. The separation of the removable section from the carton leaves an exposed edge with a reduced thickness, inhibiting delamination of the panel from the rest of the carton.

摘要： A packaged product assembly is provided. The packaged product assembly may include a tray slidably received in a dispensing container. The tray may be a blister pack including units of a product received in sealed cavities. A locking apparatus may be configured to releasably retain the tray in a locked configuration. The locking apparatus may include one or more locking protrusions that engage corresponding locking apertures in the tray. The locking apparatus may also include buttons positioned on opposing sides of the tray. When the buttons are depressed toward one another, the locking protrusions may move relative to the locking apertures such that the tray is unlocked and may be withdrawn from the dispensing container.

摘要： A blister and package system made of a blister card and an outer package with unique interacting locking mechanisms. The blister card or strip is inserted into the outer package or sleeve and locks immediately without having to further process the outer package or the blister card or strip. The user is able to expose the blisters from the outer package by disengaging the lock. The blister card or strip includes a formable, pliable sheet material, into which one or more individual cavities or blisters are formed. The separated cavities are loaded with product and sealed with one or more layers of puncturable or tearable sheet material, such as aluminum foil. The blister card or strip contains a plastic rivet assembly that forms an interference mechanism. The rivet is trapped by an internally formed panel and stopped by a catch flap included in the outer package.
