摘要: A mechanism for automatically and adjustably feeding sheets is provided. The mechanism includes a paper dividing plate, a roller for picking the sheets, wherein a channel is formed between the paper dividing plate and the roller, and the sheets are driven by friction between the roller and the sheets to pass through the channel, and a controller having a first end engaged with the paper dividing plate and a second end as a fulcrum for the paper dividing plate, wherein when an unbalanced force from the roller is applied on the paper dividing plate, the paper dividing plate pivots on the fulcrum to adjust the unbalanced force.

摘要: A safety device for automated processing equipment which is disposed in combination with a linear actuator to prevent operator injury. The safety device includes a base plate and a spherical element engaging the base plate to effect relative displacement of structural elements having at least one spring element projecting downwardly from the base plate, the base plate defining an aperture therein having a peripheral edge, and the at least one of the spring element including a ramped surface defining a lead angle relative to a horizontal plane, and a spherical element coupled to the end of the actuation shaft and engaging the peripheral edge of the aperture in a coupled operating mode, and disengaging the peripheral edge of the aperture when transitioning from the coupled operating mode to a safe operating mode.

摘要: A driven roller unit and a paper feeding device are provided. The paper feeding device includes a frame, the driven roller unit and a driving roller. The frame has a dome concave. The driven roller unit has an omnidirectional ball, wherein the omnidirectional ball is in the dome concave. The driving roller is disposed above the frame and the driven roller unit. When the driving roller presses on the driven roller unit, an angle included by the driving roller and the driven roller unit is adjusted due to the rotation of the omnidirectional ball relative to the dome concave, and therefore the force applied on the driven roller unit is uniform.

摘要: Provided herein is a document processing system with improved paper path alignment and superior media hold-down capability, which minimizes undesirable electrostatic fields in the print zone. The document processing system includes a first belt module including a first roller and a second roller with a tack belt in surrounding engagement with the first roller and the second roller. The processing system further includes a second belt module, which includes a third roller and a fourth roller with a media transport belt in surrounding engagement with the third roller and the fourth roller. A mounting support for the first belt module is also included herein, the mounting support is designed to allow the first module to self-align relative to the second transport.
