摘要： The present disclosure provides a double-sided printing paper conveying unit, including a paper conveyor configured to convey paper in a conveying direction, a guiding part configured to guide the paper conveyed by the paper conveyor, an aligner movably mounted on the guiding part, and configured to correct a skew posture of the paper during conveyance in an alignment direction perpendicular to the conveying direction; and a movement mechanism mounted on the guiding part and capable of moving the aligner along the alignment direction and between a first position corresponding to a first size of paper and a second position corresponding to a second size of paper such that the aligner aligns the paper based on a size of the paper. In addition, the present disclosure also provides an imaging apparatus that includes the double-sided printing paper conveying unit.

摘要： A sheet conveying apparatus includes first and second roller members fixed to a rotatable shaft, a first follower roller that cooperates with the first roller member to form a conveying nip, and a second follower roller that cooperates with the second roller member to form a conveying nip. The first and second roller members have outer periphery cut-away parts and the first and second follower rollers are moveably supported and can be biased to home positions. If the first roller member cut-away part faces the first follower roller, the first follower roller is biased to move toward a home position while the nip of the second roller member nips and conveys a sheet. If the second roller member cut-away part faces the second follower roller, the second follower roller is biased to move toward a home position while the nip of the first roller member nips and conveys a sheet.

A pair of bearing portions supports a shaft portion of a driven roller. A supporting portion is located on an upstream side or a downstream side in a conveyance direction in the pair of bearing portions and supports a pair of extending portions from below. A pressing portion abuts on the pair of extending portions, from above, between the pair of bearing portions and the supporting portion to elastically deform the pair of extending portions. A regulating portion is located between the pair of bearing portions and the supporting portion in the conveyance direction and regulates an interval between the pair of extending portions such that the interval becomes wider than a length of a roller portion in a width direction.

摘要： In order to provide a sheet conveying apparatus and an image forming apparatus capable of alleviating a bumping noise generated between a sheet and an inner guide member when the sheet passes through a curved sheet conveying path, a pair of intermediate conveying rollers is arranged in positions corresponding to both lateral sides in a width direction of the feeding roller and subsidiary feeding roller in a sheet conveyance direction. In addition, the subsidiary intermediate conveying roller abuts on the intermediate conveying roller with an inclination such that the sheet conveyance force is directed to the center of the sheet conveying path in a width direction. As a result, the sheet makes contact with the inner guide member of the facing guide member of the sheet conveying path by undulating the sheet in a width direction when the sheet is extracted and conveyed by the pair of intermediate conveying rollers.
