    摘要: A fiber axis cart includes a series of spools arranged side-by-side on a common shaft where the spools may be locked to turn with the shaft, or they may be made to turn independent of the shaft. A cable is wound onto the spools. The cable winding progresses to the next spool at each access point on the cable. Cable slack for working on each access point is obtained by unlocking the spools and allowing the spools to rotate with respect to an adjacent spool.
