    摘要: An industrial lift truck with a tilt measuring accessory, which provides an operator with a visual indication of the mast assembly tilt angle by means of a flexible cable operated sliding weight indicator mounted on the mast assembly. The flexible cable is fixedly mounted by a mounting device to a roll-cage and extends parallel, or substantially so, to the surface on which the lift truck is operating, before passing over a pulley mounted on the mast assembly to extend downwardly and parallel, or substantially so, to the mast assembly. The sliding weight is received for sliding engagement within a guide, wherein, when the mast assembly is tilted, movement of the flexible cable causes a corresponding movement of the weight relative to the guide thereby giving the visual indication of the angle of tilt of the mast assembly.

    摘要: A forklift truck includes a truck body, a fork, a mast, tilting and lifting mechanisms, tilt and lift levers, tilting and lifting operation detectors, an auxiliary switch, a tilt angle detector and a controller. The tilt and lift levers are adapted to operate the tilting and lifting mechanisms, respectively. The auxiliary switch is disposed on the lift lever at a position where the auxiliary switch and the lift lever are operable by the same operator's hand. The controller is adapted to control the tilting and lifting mechanisms based on signals from the tilting and lifting operation detectors and the auxiliary switch. When the auxiliary switch is in operative position and the lifting operation detector detects that the lift lever is in operative position, the controller controls the tilting mechanism so as to tilt the fork to have a predetermined tilt angle based on a signal from the tilt angle detector.

The device has an electronic signal producing source which signal is reflected from a surface on the mast of the forklift. The reflected signal is accepted by a signal receiver. These reflected signals are electronically analyzed and displayed on an analog display device. The display device indicates if the mast is in an upright position or if the mast is forward or rearward from the center. This device is useful for retrieving high bay pallets with goods. The electronic signal is an ultrasonic signal. The electronic signal producing source and receiver may be housed as a single unit.
