    摘要: A method and cleaning solution for cleaning electronic substrates, such as a semiconductor wafers, hard disks, photomasks or imprint molds. The method comprises the steps of contacting a surface of the substrate with a cleaning solution comprised of a polyphosphate, and then removing the cleaning solution from the surface. Additional optional steps include applying acoustic energy to the cleaning solution while the cleaning solution is in contact with the surface, and removing the cleaning solution from the surface by rinsing the surface with a rinsing solution with or without the application of acoustic energy. The cleaning solution comprises a polyphosphate, such as any of the water soluble polyphosphates. Depending on the application, the cleaning solution may also comprise a base and/or a quantity of suspended particles. Complexing agents, amines, biocides, surfactants and/or other substances, may also be added to the cleaning solution.

Still another embodiment relates to a method of producing a silica/alkali metal salt particle. According to the method, one may combine a metal silicate and an amount of at least one acid source sufficient to form silica from the silicate and at least one alkali metal salt from the metal and acid, precipitate the silica to form precipitated silica, and, without washing the precipitated silica to remove the alkali metal salt, form a particle comprising the precipitated silica and at least approximately 15% alkali metal salt by solid weight.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to high alkaline cleaners, cleaning systems and methods for removing polymerized zero trans fat soils. The high alkaline cleaner of the present invention generally includes one or more alkaline wetting and saponifying agent(s), a chelating/sequestering system and a surface modifying-threshold agent system. In various embodiments, the cleaners may include, at least one cleaning agent comprising a surfactant or surfactant system and/or a solvent or solvent system and/or a cleaning booster such as a peroxide or sulfite type additive. The cleaners may also include one or more components to modify the composition form and/or the application method in some embodiments. All components described above may also be optimized optionally, to provide emulsification of a composition (both as a usable product or a concentrate that can be diluted to form a usable product). The use of the high alkaline cleaner of the present invention has demonstrated enhanced cleaning characteristics especially at higher temperatures (100° F. to about 200° F.) but also shows enhanced cleaning at ambient temperatures.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a cleaner composition comprising an alkalic agent, sodium polyacrylate as ion exchanger, a sterilizer and water, and a cleaning method using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cleaner composition comprising 5 to 15 weight % of an alkalic agent, 5 to 20 weight % of sodium polyacrylate having a molecular weight 4,000 to 10,000 as ion exchanger, 0.5 to 30 weight % of a sterilizer, and water as remainder, and a cleaning method using the same. The cleaner composition of the present invention provides the effect of removing fats, proteins, minerals, etc. comparable to or better than that of the conventional cleaner, and can reduce cleaning time and cost because the cleaning process is simplified. Hence, it can be utilized to clean milking machines or other appliances.
