    摘要: The vibration damping system, especially for use in the damping of vibrations e.g. from trains, tramcars, other traffic and damping of ground borne vibrations in general, comprises an anti-vibration plate in the form of a plate having a first and a second major surface. The anti-vibration plate comprises mineral fibers, a non-foamed polymeric material and/or a polymeric foam. The anti-vibration plate can further be provided with one or more hollow spaces, i.e. cavities. The anti-vibration plate is obtainable by a method comprising the step of subjecting an area of the opposite surface of the plate to a compression treatment in one or more steps, which compression treatment is sufficient to reduce the static and/or dynamic stiffness of the plate.

    摘要: A railroad track fastener assembly consisting of a spring plate and a resilient seat for a railroad rail comprising a pad of resilient material positioned between the rail base and the base of a spring plate. The spring plate may be bolted to any type of cross tie or foundation of concrete, steel, or wood. The pad of resilient material is formed with a plurality of spaced vertical holes and is either bonded to the base of the spring plate and is freely positioned within the spring plate. The pad is retained within the spring plate by spring shoulder clips that are secured to the spring plate shoulders resiliently checking the upward motion of the rail under a heavy load. Guard rails and braces are provided for maintaining the wheels of rolling stock on the rails while rounding curves. Accordingly, the rail seat assembly of the subject invention is in effect a railroad track direct fixation spring plate fastener which is operative to achieve noise and vibration attenuation; resistance to rail wave action stress and tie twisting, and is also adaptable for variation in the gage of the rails.

The tube mat (1) as defined by the invention is characterized in that at least a part of the tube are closed at adjustable intervals, specifically with formation of an enclosed air column in each case, whereby the tube closure forms a one-piece elastomer composite with the tube mat. Furthermore, introduced is a method for producing the tube mat (1) as defined by the invention. According to the method, following extrusion, the tubes are pressed shut in points with the help of a pressure applicator roller that is provided with pins distributed over the circumference of the roller, specifically with formation of beads (5) and closing bridges (6). The vulcanization is carried out subsequently.

    摘要: A railway track in which a rail is supported within a groove of a rail bed. The groove has outwardly sloping shoulders each spaced from the sides of the rail. Continuous clamps extend along each side of the rail. The clamps are secured by spaced apart hold-down assemblies positioned vertically between the clamps and the respective sloping shoulders to secure the track against both vertical and lateral movement.     摘要: In an arrangement for laying rail in a railroad track over which railway cars travel, the rails (1) include a lower base flange (1a) and an upper rail head (1b). A molded elastic bearing part (5) is positioned between the lower support member (4) and an upper support plate (3). The elastic part (5) has at least two elements each inclined in the same direction but at different angles to the plane of the track. Extensions of the elements have a common intersection (S) located above the rail flange (1a) on an outer side of the track. As a result, when a load is applied to the track, a circular pivoting motion of the rail takes place about the common intersection (S). Due to the circular pivoting motion the rail head (1d) moves essentially only in the vertical direction, whereby gauge widening does not occur in the rail track when railway cars travel over curved sections of the track.
