    摘要： Systems and methods for building construction that utilize frame members (e.g., studs) having attachment portions to which construction panels can be secured. In one embodiment, a stud designed to support vertical wall panels consists of a pair of metal C-channel studs that are oriented back-to-back with a stiffener plate between them. The stiffener plate extends outward from the stud so that it can be used to secure the wall panels against the stud. The stiffener plate has slots through it that allow biscuits to be placed through the stiffener plate and into the edges of the wall panels that abut the stiffener plate. The biscuits hold the edges of the wall panels in alignment with each other and, because the biscuits extend through the slots in the stiffener plate, the wall panels are held against the stud, thereby stiffening the wall formed by the panels.

    摘要： An improved partition wall material including a skeletal material, partition boards, and fastening plates. The skeletal material is an elongated extruded structure including a beam at a central portion thereof, and two skeletal projections respectively connected to two ends of the beam, each skeletal projection having two ends that respectively bend outwardly to form respective projection ends. Each projection end is connected to a frame. Each frame includes a frame projection provided with a pair of opposed frame hooks, each of which has a curved portion. The skeletal projection and the frames on both sides thereof defining a frame recess. The partition boards are planar boards including a plurality of locking holes arranged along a longitudinal axis thereof. The fastening plates are integrally bent plates that have one end forming a curved hooking portion corresponding to the frame hook, with the other end forming a straight portion that, together with the hooking portion, is engageable with the corresponding frame hooks. The fastening plate further has a rear hole adapted for passage of a screw therethrough to lock the fastening plate to the corresponding locking hole of the corresponding partition board. The fastening plates and the frames of the skeletal material are thereby inter-connected to enable the partition boards to be secured to the skeletal material.

The stud includes a pair of unitary elongated channels arranged back-to-back from a common flat web. Each one of the channels is a mirror image of the other channel. The web extends integrally into, and interconnects two generally similarly elongated shoulder portions. Each one of the shoulder portions defines a stepped section for receiving and retaining a bracket support. Each of the stepped sections extends integrally into, and interconnects two generally similar flange retaining sections, for rigidifying the shoulder portion, and for securing the bracket support into frictional engagement with the stud.
