    摘要: Disclosed are various embodiments of deck drainage systems. In some embodiments, the deck drainage system comprises a floor panel that is configured to be positioned under a deck platform. The floor panel may comprise a floor, a side that extends from the floor, and an overhang that extends from the side. The overhang may be configured to be disposed over another overhang of another floor panel. The end section may be configured to be adjacent to a distal edge of the other overhang. The deck drainage system may further comprise a hanger that is configured to be suspended from the deck platform. The hanger may form a slot into which the end section of the overhang of the floor panel is configured to be inserted.

A photovoltaic IRMA roofing system (72) replaces traditional IRMA roofing system (73) ballast materials (79) with a combined weight of concrete topped (83) insulation layer and photovoltaic panels (80) to meet a predetermined minimum weight per unit area requirement of a specific roofing system (72).

Each plank includes longitudinal grooves, is disposed above and supported by the joists, has an undersurface which is juxtaposed with the joists, and is secured to the joists. The deck also includes a plurality of unitary channels. Each channel includes a pair of flanges which mate with longitudinal grooves of immediately adjacent planks. The mating of the flanges of the channel with the grooves of the planks provides the deck with an impervious gutter that extends between and along the two planks, and is located above the joists to which the planks are secured.

    摘要: A fluid leak capture and drainage system for ceiling leaks which includes a ceiling panel support grid and a plurality of ceiling panels mounted thereon is disclosed. The ceiling panel has at least one raised section located within the panel and a wall extending along the periphery of the panel so that a trough is formed between the raised section and the wall. The wall has a top edge and a rim extending outwardly and generally perpendicularly from the top edge of the wall and at least one opening formed through the wall. A fitting is connected to the opening and tubing is attached to the fitting for draining the trough as fluid collects therein.

    摘要: An under deck drainage system for a fluidly pervious deck of light frame construction provides paired spacedly opposed elongate fastening brackets, carried on adjacent surfaces of opposed pairs of deck supporting joists, with a downwardly curving drainage panel extending therebetween to receive and transport drainage to a deck edge perpendicular to the joists. The fastening brackets are sealed against the joists carrying them and provide two vertically spaced fastening arms that sealably engage the edges of the drainage panel carried therebetween in a releasable, positionally maintainable interconnection of opposed tooth-like fastening ridges carried by the drainage panel edges and the fastening arms.

The drainage panels are mounted to direct water flow transversely of the deck joists to a gutter, the panels connected to and suspended from the underside of the joists. The gutter is mounted transversely across the discharge ends of the drainage panels to collect water therefrom and direct it to a down spout. Drainage panels, which are rectangular with the individual drainage channels extending lengthwise, may be overlapped both lengthwise and widthwise to fit the perimeter of the deck.
