摘要： A toilet installed in a bathroom includes a toilet bowl and a tank coupled to the toilet bowl. The tank can contain fluid for the toilet bowl. A rear surface of the tank is flush against a wall of the bathroom such that there is no gap between the tank and the wall and a bottom surface of the tank is flush against a floor of the bathroom such that there is no gap between the tank and the floor. The tank extends longitudinally above and below the toilet bowl and laterally outward past the toilet bowl such that a first side surface and a second side surface of the tank define outermost side peripheries of the toilet.

Moreover, it has strong shock proof ability and high fire proof ability. No deformation and aging will occur after long term use.

摘要： A portable interactive changing pod for the changing into and out of suits used in or in association with cold water activities. Embodiment is of non see thru, light weight textile, trapezoidal in shape, open at the top with an enclosed flexible rubber base. The body of the enclosure is opened/closed through a draw cord waist and rests upon the users hips, openings located on either side of the enclosure allow the user to quickly and easily disrobe and exchange clothing. Covering the inside of the opening is a flap providing additional privacy, a transparent vinyl window just below the knees provides additional safety and control when changing. The bottom of the enclosure wall is of a durable material that transitions into a flexible rubber base enclosing the lower half of the users body. The flexible rubber base along with the stretchable material below the vinyl window is made to interact with the users physical movements required to pull legs out of suits such as but not limited to wetsuits used for surfing, diving suits, drysuits, survival suits, swim suits, and protect such suits from damage and soiling.

摘要： In 1974 I was surveying tornado damage caused by an F-3 tornado when I noticed houses that were 75% destroyed and a farm silo that was ⅔ destroyed. The top ⅔ of the silo was completely gone. The bottom ⅓ was still intact. When I investigated to see why the bottom ⅓ was not damaged I found that the bottom ⅓ still had silage in it which gave the bottom ⅓ extra strength. That is when I got the idea for the closet shield. A silo is used for the storage of grain. The clothes closet is used for the storage of clothes. Since 1974 I have surveyed tornado damage in three different states being Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. I found the same thing in all three states. I found that silos that were full were destroyed. Silos that were empty were also completely destroyed. This led me to believe that by adding extra strength to the bottom half of the clothes closet it would make it work in the same way as the strength in the bottom of the silo works.I have found while investigating tornado damage that most houses are relatively safe until they lose their roofs. Without the roof the house looses nearly ⅔ of its strength. When the roof is gone the interior rooms of the house lose nearly all their strength making the clothes closet the safest not because it Is any stronger but because it is smaller and the winds have less effect on it. The clothes closet with a closet shield installed in the bottom half gives it four times its normal strength. The top part of the closet will give up the drywall or sheet rock which will cause less wind drag making the bottom half a really good place to take shelter.

摘要： A partition system includes a first pilaster and a door coupled to the first pilaster and rotatable from a closed position to an open position. The door is configurable in a first configuration wherein the door is rotatable from the closed position to the open position in a first direction and prevented from rotating in a second direction from the closed position, the second direction opposite the first direction. The door is further configurable in a second configuration wherein the door is rotatable from the closed position to the open position in the second direction and prevented from rotating in the first direction from the closed position. The door is coupled to the first pilaster to define a seam and prevents a line of sight from being established through the seam.

摘要： A ceiling shoe and pilaster mounting system for a ceiling, where the pilaster mounting system includes a pilaster which is attached to a ceiling bracket which in turn is attached to the ceiling. The pilaster ceiling shoe is used to cover the top end of the pilaster and the ceiling bracket up to the ceiling. This ceiling shoe includes front and back shoe halves which are identical and mated together. Each shoe half has (a) a planar main wall which is oriented vertically, (b) a first side which is oriented vertically and which has a free vertical inner flange which is stepped inwardly from a remainder of the first side leaving an outer cutout, and (c) a second side which is oriented vertically and which has a free vertical outer flange which is stepped outwardly from a remainder of the second side leaving an inner cutout. The front shoe half and the back shoe half are then attached to the top end of the pilaster so that the first and second shoe halves are mated together to form the ceiling shoe (a) with the inner flange of the front shoe half horizontally adjacent the outer flange of the back shoe half, (b) with the outer flange of the front shoe half horizontally adjacent the inner flange of the back shoe half, and (c) with the top edges of the front and back shoe halves immediately adjacent the ceiling.

摘要： A modular partition system which may be used in a cubicle construction for a washroom, change room or shower facility, and which incorporates one or more divider panels suspended in an upright configuration between a pilaster having in its rearward surface a vertical slot and an adjacent surface or wall to form a dividing partition. To conceal the cut edge of the divider panel and provide the partition with a finished appearance, an elongated channel member having front and rear sides with an elongate opening through the rear side is attached to the pilaster. The channel member is secured to the pilaster with its front side in the slot and the cut edge of the panel secured within the channel member opening. The modular construction of the system permits simplified on-side customization and modification for installation in multiple configurations.
