    摘要: A temperature indicating cap assembly includes a radiator cap that is removably attached to a fill neck on a radiator. A temperature indicator is coupled to the radiator cap. The temperature indicator is in thermal communication with the radiator when the radiator cap is removably coupled to the radiator. The temperature indicator indicates a safe temperature, a caution temperature and a danger temperature. In this way the temperature indicator communicates when the radiator cap may be safely removed from the radiator. A lock is coupled to the radiator cap and the lock is comprised of a thermally reactive material. Moreover, the lock engage the fill neck when the temperature of the radiator is above the caution temperature.

    摘要: An anti-twist device for a sealing cap that is located on a fixed connecting piece of a motor vehicle radiator. The sealing cap comprises an external cap part with a grip element and a sealing element, which can be connected to a counter sealing element of the connecting piece and in relation to which the grip element can be rotated. The sealing cap also comprises an internal cap part comprising a valve assembly that is configured in an excess/negative pressure combination. An anti-twist stop acts in the external cap part between the grip element and the sealing element. An anti-twist device of this type has a no-load function instead of a locking function and yet has a simple construction and is easy to produce. To achieve this, the anti-twist stop can be actuated by means of a drive, which is controlled by the operating data in the container and is located inside said container in close proximity to the external cap part.

    摘要: A sealing lid for a fixed nozzle of a container, particularly a motor vehicle radiator having a covering outer part and a covering inner part. The covering outer part comprises a sealing element for a container nozzle and a grip element which can be rotated in relation thereto. A locking piston acts between the grip element and the sealing element of the outer part of the lid. The locking piston, which can be disengaged by applying prestress to a spring or is disengaged, can be engaged by means of a pressure-controlled drive in the form of a membrane. The drive is connected to a pressure-transmitting arrangement positioned in the inner part of the container. A valve arrangement which is used to release and close a flow connection between the inner part of the container and the outer part of the container comprises an axially moveable overpressure valve body which is pressed towards a sealing seat on the inside of the covering with pretension such that it can be lifted from the valve seat when a threshold value of the pressure inside the container is exceeded, and a lower pressure valve body can be activated accordingly and is arranged in a concentric manner on the lid axis, such that the pressure-transmitting arrangement is formed by axial pressure transmitting channels of the inside of the covering, which receives the valve arrangement.

The closure cap is provided with a screw cap and a threaded section in which a combination pressure-vacuum valve is mounted concentrically and in such a way that it can rotate in relation to the screw cap. The valve is provided with a sealing element which comes into tight contact with the fixed neck when the closure is screwed. To endure that the closure cap can be unscrewed only when the excess heat in the cooling system has been completely dissipated, it is proposed that the closure cap when screwed onto the fixed neck would be prevented from unscrewing means of a temperature-dependent control element.
