    Abstract: A method for operating a fuel tank arrangement for a motor vehicle. The fuel tank arrangement has a fuel tank, a hydrocarbon filter and a pump. The fuel tank is fluidically connected via a tank shut-off valve to the hydrocarbon filter and the hydrocarbon filter is fluidically connected, on the one hand, via the pump to an external environment of the fuel tank arrangement and, on the other hand, via a purge valve to an intake tract of an internal combustion engine. A first leakage test mode is carried out when the pressure in the fuel tank is greater than a pressure threshold value, in which a shut-off valve arranged in terms of flow between the pump and the external environment is closed and the tank shut-off valve is opened.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for pressure sensor diagnosis in a tank venting system of a motor vehicle operated by an internal combustion engine, wherein the tank venting system comprises an activated carbon filter, a purge line arranged between the activated carbon filter and an intake tract of the motor vehicle, a tank venting valve arranged in the purge line and a pressure sensor arranged in the purge line, and wherein the method comprises the following steps:



    measuring a pressure prevailing in the purge line by means of the pressure sensor to determine a starting pressure,
    classifying the starting pressure into one of a plurality of pressure ranges depending on the amplitude of the starting pressure,

    Abstract: A method for diagnosing a purge line path of a tank ventilation system of a motor vehicle operated by an internal combustion engine is provided. The purge line path extends between a fuel vapor retention filter and an intake manifold of the motor vehicle, and includes a tank ventilation valve, a pressure sensor, a purge line path region arranged upstream of the pressure sensor, a purge line path region arranged downstream of the pressure sensor, a full load purge path arranged between the tank ventilation valve and the intake manifold, and a part load purge path arranged between the tank ventilation valve and the intake manifold. A plurality of part diagnoses are carried out temporally one after another for diagnosing the purge line path in the case of an active tank ventilation function, and pressure signals measured by the pressure sensor are evaluated within the context of the part diagnoses.

    Abstract: An evaporated fuel processing device may include: a canister that communicates with a fuel tank though a tank passage, communicates with an intake passage of an engine through a purge passage, and communicates with open air through an open air passage; a control valve that switches between a closed state of closing the purge passage and an open state of opening the same; a pump that changes a pressure in a communicating space in a case where the control valve is in the closed state, the communicating space defined by the fuel tank, the tank passage, the canister, the open air passage, and the purge passage on a side closer to the canister relative to the control valve; a pressure detector disposed in the communicating space; and a determining unit that determines the evaporated fuel processing device is not operating normally by using a pressure detection result by the pressure detector in a state where the control valve is in the closed state and the pressure in the communicating space is changed by the pump.
