    Abstract: A variable displacement pump system can include a piston sleeve having at least a first inner diameter portion and a second in inner diameter portion and an actuator piston configured to be disposed within the piston sleeve. The actuator piston can have a first piston portion having a first outer diameter, and a second piston portion having a second outer diameter. The first outer diameter can be different than the second outer diameter. The first piston portion can be configured to seal to the first inner diameter portion of the piston sleeve. The second piston portion of the actuator piston can be configured to seal to the second inner diameter portion of the piston sleeve.

    Abstract: An induced flow reciprocating double disc pump assembly includes a rotating frame supporting a double disc pump, the rotating frame has a plurality of supports and a shaft defining a horizontal axis of rotation. A stationary frame supports the rotating frame and includes a plurality of bars and uprights and a flange bearing assembly engaged each of the shafts permitting rotation between the rotating frame and the stationary frame. A locking pin positions the rotating frame and the stationary frame at a plurality of positions relative to each other. A rotation crank is engaged to the shaft. The rotating frame has a first position relative to the stationary frame supporting the double disc pump in a vertical direction and a second position where the double disc pump is in a horizontal direction.

    Abstract: A piston for a compressor has a first end subjectable to pressure and intended to be directed toward a first volume of the compressor, and a second end subjectable to pressure located opposite the first and intended to be directed toward a second volume of the compressor. The first and the second volume are interconnected via a connecting line. The first end is in the form of a full-surface-area full side. The second end is in the form of an annular, stepped side. On the second end, the piston carries a sealing arrangement, which seals the first volume with respect to the second. An annular seal body, in the form of a sealing sleeve, is retained in a pressure-tight manner, via a profile base, on the stepped side, between a step-side piston ring arranged on the second end and a compression-volume-side retaining ring.

    Abstract: A retainer nut assembly for a fluid end of a pump system includes a plug with two blades separated by edge cuts, a plug exterior face and a threaded rod extending from the plug exterior face. Each of the blades includes an arcuate face. A mid-cap includes a hole for receiving the threaded rod therethrough with the mid-cap positioned adjacent the plug. The mid-cap further includes flange segments. A cover cap includes a hole for receiving the threaded rod therethrough with the cover cap positioned adjacent the mid-cap. The cover cap has extensions separated by cut outs. Each of the extensions are configured to extend axially between respective flange segments of the mid-cap when the cover cap is assembled to the mid-cap. A fastener engages the threaded rod and secures the retainer nut assembly together.
