摘要： A mobile terminal includes a display unit, a front case configured to be combined with the display unit using a front side of the front case, a main board configured to be combined with a rear side of the front case, a rear case configured to be combined with a rear side of the main board, a boss in which a internal screw thread formed on both a left side and a right side of the front case and the internal screw thread heading a rear side is formed, a connection hole formed on a position corresponding to the internal screw thread of the rear case, a screw configured to be connected with the internal screw thread in a manner of passing through the connection hole, a boss bump configured to be positioned at an outer circumstance of the boss and a boss accommodation part configured to be formed on both a left side and a right side of the main board and correspond to a shape of the boss and a shape of the boss bump. It is able to reduce thickness of the mobile terminal by omitting a frame. And, it is able to prevent the case from making a gap in a horizontal direction via a stable connection structure. Moreover, it is also able to prevent the front case and the rear case from being separated from each other via the stable connection structure.

摘要： A two-stage punch accomplishes the two-step process of sheet deformation and nut flaring to attach the nut to the sheet in a single stroke of an assembly press. The punch comprises an outer cylindrical sleeve which captivates a resiliently biased center punch. When the punch is moved downward into contact with the sheet, an embossing ring on the sleeve deforms the sheet material around an aperture in the sheet. When the punch is moved farther downward, a pointed end of the center punch extends beyond the embossing ring and into forcible contact with the nut. The nut is thereby flared capturing the sheet between flared edges of the nut and a nut flange.

摘要： A self-piercing nut element having a strength in the range between 700 and 900 MPa is described which is designed for press fitting into a sheet metal part (40). The nut element is characterized in that the nut element is designed, for the self-piercing attachment of the nut element into a higher strength sheet metal part, such that the piercing section merges directly into the sheet metal contact surface and such that the piercing section has a piercing edge at its free end face, with the piercing edge being spaced apart from the sheet metal contact surface by a peripheral surface having an axial height which corresponds to at least 30%, and preferably at least 50%, of the sheet metal thickness, with the radial wall thickness of the piercing section in the region of its free end face from the outer side up to the nominal diameter of the thread corresponding to a thickness between 1.2 times, to 1.8 times, and preferably 1.5 times, the provided sheet metal thickness.

摘要： A nut plate assembly includes a nut retainer and a bushing for expanding a tubular body of the retainer. The retainer assembly is used to cold work an opening of a workpiece in order to fix the nut retainer assembly relative to the workpiece. A nut member can be snapped into the retainer. A method of installation includes passing a mandrel through the bushing to radially expand the bushing into a tubular body of the retainer. The tubular body is compressed between the workpiece and bushing as the bushing is displaced radially causing corresponding radial displacement of the tubular body. The expanded bushing applies pressure to the tubular body for a desired fit between the nut retainer and workpiece.
