    摘要: A fuel line connector assembly that includes a connector, collar, and insert. The connector has a first interconnector, and the collar has a second interconnector and is constructed for attachment to a conduit of a fuel line assembly. The connector, collar, and insert are connectable together such that the first interconnector of the connector and the second interconnector of the collar engage each other along a generally axial direction and secure the connector and collar together. The insert has a keeper and, upon circumferential rotation of the insert, the keeper interacts with the first and second interconnectors and holds their engagement and maintains securement between the connector and collar. A cover having one or more actuating buttons fits over the collar and insert to enable disengagement of the insert and collar so the insert can be rotated to permit disconnection of the collar from the connector.

The connector is formed on the body and has an inlet channel communicating with the central hole. The inflating needle is mounted on the body and has a first inflating channel communicating with the central hole. The end cap is attached to the body. The holder is received in the body and abuts against the end cap. The adapter is received in the body and has a second inflating channel. The airflow controlling device is mounted in the body to selectively communicate the inlet channel in the connector with one of the inflating channels. Accordingly, the inflating device can be adapted to inflate different types of objects and is versatile in use.

    摘要: There is provided a clamping member for attaching one part of a two part coupling device to a conduit, such as a hose, said clamping member comprising a body section having a bore running therethrough and comprising a first end portion, an intermediate portion and a second end portion, said first end portion being adapted to be connected to one part of the two part hose coupling device. The clamping member further includes at least a pair of spaced apart clamping rods each of which is pivotally connected to the body section of the clamping member, each of said clamping rods including a clamp section connected at one end of said rod, and an annular ring disposed about said body section in contact with said clamping rods, so that when a hose is inserted in the second end portion of the body section, the annular ring member can be positioned so as to bear against the connecting rods and force the connecting rods to be pivoted downwardly so that the clamp section thereof will be forced against the hose and thereby hold the hose in said body section.

    摘要: A comparatively thin, thermoplastic tube used for agriculture watering purposes can be effectively secured in place at the end of a nipple by forming the nipple with a tapered exterior which decreases in diameter away from the end, by locating the tube over the end and by securing the tube in place with a specially formed locking ring. The ring is generally cylindrical in shape and has a tapered interior; preferably this interior carries a plurality of barbs. The ring is used with its interior generally parallel to the exterior of the nipple and with the tube is held under compression between the interior of the ring and the exterior of the nipple.
