Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses disclosed herein can be implemented as a closed loop feedback system to provide various atmospheric effects. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can regulate these atmospheric effects based on one or more environmental measurements as part of the closed loop feedback system. As part of the closed loop feedback system, these systems, methods, and apparatuses can detect, or measure, one or more physical properties, such as temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation amount, scent, location, altitude, and/or azimuth to provide some examples. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can compare the one or more physical properties with one or more performance targets of the atmospheric effects and can regulate the atmospheric effects to cause the one or more physical properties to satisfy the one or more performance targets of the atmospheric effects.

Abstract: Provided is an air conditioning system capable of detecting in advance a device that consumes more power than the power that can be fed by a power feed unit. An air conditioning system includes a refrigerant cycle, a power feed unit, and a controller. The refrigerant cycle includes an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units. In a case where a power source for at least one indoor unit of the plurality of indoor units has been interrupted, the power feed unit feeds power from an auxiliary power source to the indoor unit for which the power source has been interrupted. When a predetermined device has been connected to at least part of the plurality of indoor units and the power feed unit, the controller performs deactivation of at least one of functions of the device.

Abstract: A system for detecting and cleaning air pollution in indoor space with heating, ventilation and air conditioning includes one or more outdoor gas detection devices, several indoor gas detection devices, several filtering devices, and a central controller. The central controller receives air pollution data detected by the gas detection devices, by connecting to a cloud device, performs an intelligent computation and comparison on the air pollution data to locate an air pollution location, and the cloud device transmits a control command intelligently and selectively to the central controller. Therefore, according to the control command, the central controller controls the air conditioning modulation mechanism of one or more HVAC components and enables the filtering devices to generate a directed air convection, thereby achieving the filtration of the air pollution to allow the indoor air pollution data to be a safety detection value.

Abstract: A method of measuring airflow from an HVAC outlet vent using a volume fill airflow measurement device having a LIDAR or Time-of-Flight (ToF) laser-ranging sensor to detect a filled state of a volume capture element or bag, comprising placing a frame having the bag sealably attached thereto over the vent to be measured, starting a timer, stopping the timer automatically in response to the LIDAR or Time-of-Flight (ToF) laser-ranging sensor measuring the distance to be within a predetermined range, and calculating the measured airflow based on the volume of the bag and the time for the airflow to fill the bag. The measured airflow is then displayed on the device display.
