    摘要: The present application provides a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between two fluid flows in cross-flow arrangement. The heat exchanger includes at least one heat exchanging module including a first heat exchanging component and a second heat exchanging component. The first heat exchanging component including a fluid inlet header, a fluid outlet header, and at least one heat exchanging passageway defining a first tube-side fluid flow path of a first portion of a fluid in a first direction. The second heat exchanging component including a fluid inlet header, a fluid outlet header, and at least one heat exchanging passageway defining a second tube-side fluid flow path in a second direction for an additional portion of the fluid, wherein the first direction is opposed to the second direction. The opposing first tube-side fluid flow path and the second tube-side fluid flow path equalizing the temperature distribution over the cross-section of a cross-flow fluid exiting the module.

    摘要: A cylindrical header of a heat exchanger includes a central member, front-side and rear-side members extending longitudinally on front and rear sides of the central member to form front-side and rear-side spaces along with the central member. The central member has a first flange covering a front-side-member-first-end part and a rear-side-member-first-end part from outside when viewed in cross-section, and a second flange covering a front-side-member-second-end part and a rear-side-member-second-end part from outside when viewed in cross-section. The front-side member is joined to the central member with the front-side-member-first-end part facing an inner surface of the first flange, and the front-side-member-second-end part facing an inner surface of the second flange. The rear-side is joined to the central member with the rear-side-member-first-end part facing an inner surface of the first flange, and the rear-side-member-second-end part facing an inner surface of the second flange.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat exchanger that is disposed in an automotive air conditioner and provides cold air or hot air through heat exchange with air supplied by a fan and, more particularly, to an integrated module of an evaporator core and a heater core for an automotive air conditioner whereby the integrated module can simplify an automotive air conditioner by integrating an evaporator for cooling and a heater core for heating in the automotive air conditioner. According to the present invention, evaporator headers and heater headers are stacked and fixed in an integrated unit, so it is possible to simplify a facility. Accordingly, installation is easy and a volume can be reduced, as compared with the related art, whereby it is possible to reduce the weight of a vehicle.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a cooling module including: a first radiator for cooling an engine; a second radiator located in front of the first radiator in an air flow direction to cool electric parts; a first condenser located in front of the second radiator in the air flow direction to condense a refrigerant through heat exchange with external air; and a second condenser located inside the second radiator to condense the refrigerant through heat exchange with electric part cooling water, whereby the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant passes through the water-cooled second condenser and then passes through the air-cooled first condenser, thus enhancing the cooling efficiency of the refrigerant to improve the entire efficiency of the cooling system for the vehicle.
