    摘要: A refrigerator with a main supply fluid tank and a secondary reservoir supplied with fluid from the main supply fluid tank, with secondary reservoir having a maximum, controlled height of fluid. The refrigerator has an atomizer with fluid from the secondary reservoir which discharges the fluid provided from the secondary reservoir in an atomized spray to at least a portion of the refrigerator, and a flexible wick between the secondary reservoir and the atomizer and in fluid communication with both the secondary reservoir and the atomizer. Additionally, the atomizer has a piezo element located in a piezo reservoir to hold fluid next to the piezo element, wherein the piezo reservoir is provided with fluid from the secondary reservoir via the flexible wick.

    摘要: A humidifying and fresh-keeping device for a refrigerator is provided, including a device container and a top cover. The container has a drawer for storing fruits and vegetables, and a containing chamber is disposed at one side of the container. A drawer-type water tank is disposed in the containing chamber, with a water storing box at one end and an ultrasonic humidifying device at the other end. A supply air box is disposed at a wind outlet of the ultrasonic humidifying device, and an atomizing air duct is distributed in the container. An inlet of the atomizing air duct corresponds to an outlet of the supply air box, and outlets of the atomizing air duct are provided in the containertop cover. As a result, the fruits and vegetables preserved in the container have an environment humidity of 90-95%, and can be kept fresh in seven days.

    摘要: An enclosure defines a confined space configured to store goods that can be advantageously maintained by controlling the water vapor levels to which the goods are exposed. A water vapor conversion element, at which liquid water is converted to water vapor, can be operably associated with the confined space to distribute that water vapor to the confined space. A water delivery unit is operatively associated with the water vapor conversion element and is configured to deliver water in liquid form to the water vapor conversion element. The water delivery unit can comprise a drip chamber configured to deliver the water essentially one drop at a time. The enclosure can comprise a drawer in a refrigeration appliance such as a household refrigerator. A sensor configured to determine the water vapor level present in the confined space can be operable to selectively control the distribution of water vapor to the confined space.

    摘要: A temperature and humidity controlled housing for storing and preserving wine bottles. The housing defines a storage compartment having front and rear temperature control chambers and wherein the rear chamber is also humidity controlled. A division wall having passages provided with a flexible sealing component receives bottles on supports associated with each of the passages and a cubic chamber structure in the rear chamber. The bottle necks engage the seals which, together with the division wall, substantially seal the front chamber from the rear chamber while the spout end portion of the wine bottles is supported in the rear humidified chamber. The housing may be used in a modular assembly. The method of use is also described.

Certain embodiments provide an atomization unit for a refrigerator for humidifying at least a portion of the refrigerator. The atomization unit comprises an atomizer for atomizing and dispensing fluid to at least a portion of the refrigerator, a water supply for providing water to the atomizer, the water supply providing water along a fluid supply path to the atomizer, a food preservation solute dispenser located along the fluid supply path at a location where fluid will flow over the food preservation solute dispenser. The food preservation solute dispenser provides a food preservative to be dissolved in water along the fluid supply path as fluid flows over the food preservation solute dispenser. The atomizer is provided with a solution including the food preservative and dispenses the solution to the at least a portion of the refrigerator.
