摘要： A food dehydrator includes a housing defining a drying chamber therein with an upper wall of the housing delimiting the drying chamber in a vertical upward direction, a door moveably coupled to the housing and configured to selectively cover a front opening of the housing providing access to the drying chamber, and an upper window provided in the upper wall of the housing at a position above the drying chamber. The upper window is formed of a transparent or semi-transparent material providing visual access to the drying chamber within the housing. A recessed area is formed in the upper wall of the housing and is configured to removably receive a shelf or tray therein, and the shelf or tray is further configured for removable reception within the drying chamber of the housing and is configured to support a food item thereon during a dehydrating process.

摘要： Provided is a multi-part lyophilization container for lyophilizing a fluid, storing the lyophilizate, reconstituting the lyophilizate, and infusing the reconstituted lyophilizate into a patient, including a method of using same. The container includes a front surface, a back surface, a non-breathable section including a port region, a breathable section including a breathable membrane, and a peelable region including a peelable seal encompassing a boundary between the non-breathable section and the breathable section. The method includes inputting a fluid into a non-breathable section of the container, freezing the fluid, applying, in a lyophilization chamber, vacuum pressure, opening the peelable seal using a pressure differential, applying heat energy, sublimating the fluid and creating a temporary occlusion in a peelable region of the container.

摘要： A drying rack assembly having a frame that defines a window. A drying support structure with drying rods is provided and mounted in the window by pivot brackets. At least one strap is secured between the frame and drying support structure. The interior sides of the frame include slots that define a top resting position and a bottom resting position with a slidable pole being positioned in the slots. The pole extends across the window with the strap extending behind the pole such that when the pole is moved into the top or bottom resting position, the strap configures the drying rack structure into a full extension position or a partial extension position away from the frame support structure.
