    摘要: The function block memory unit stores a plurality of function blocks by programming each ladder circuit for computing output signals which has to be determined based on input signals from each safety device according to a connection specification of the safety device. The ladder circuit satisfies a predetermined safety standard, and thus, the function blocks satisfying the safety standard are used. The program link unit sequentially links each function block received from the function block memory unit based on the ID number of each I/O module to automatically create the safety program. The corresponding function block can be uniquely determined based on the ID number.

    摘要: Methods and architectures are described that provide function block mobility between PLCs. Each PLC configured with Mobile Function Blocks (MFBs) may forward and execute MFBs from each other. To enable MFB mobility over a communication bus, each PLC having one or more configured MFBs requires a Communication Function Block (CFB) and an MFB directory data block. Each PLC maintains an MFB directory data block to store its MFB directory which is used when other PLCs send requests to check the availability of MFBs they need to run new tasks.

    摘要: The PLC according to this invention includes I/O modules, a CPU module, an input/output bus, and a PC having a display. The CPU module includes a control program storage unit which previously stores an intrinsic control program in which operation processing and an input/output information item are packaged; a library which previously stores the function block representing the operation processing; and a header file which previously stores equivalent input/output information equivalently representing the input/output information by a graphical language. Referring to the library and header file, PC causes the execution program created and stored in the main storage unit to be displayed on the display by the function block and equivalent input/output information item.
