    摘要: In an automated system which includes a robot manipulator, a workcell, and a control system implemented on a hardware platform based on a programmable logic controller (“PLC”), a method and apparatus for performing integrated simulation that does not require the presence of both the robot manipulator and the workcell. If one component is real, the other component is simulated so as to be sufficiently responsive to responses from the real component such that the real component is unable to discern that the other component is not also real. A computing device simultaneously displays simulacra of both the components, real and simulated, and visualizations of the responses provided by each.

    摘要: An apparatus enables development and debugging of a control program for controlling a relatively small product having rapid response without using an actual mechanism. A simulation unit simulates an operation of a mechanism, in a simulation cycle shorter than a control cycle, for a time corresponding to the control cycle, and outputs a state variable of the mechanism to a holding circuit. When the state variable is held in the holding circuit, a simulation control unit makes the simulation unit shift to a response waiting state and makes a control program executing unit calculate a controlled variable. When the controlled variable is held in the holding circuit, the simulation control unit makes the control program execution unit shift to a response waiting state and makes the simulation unit initiate a simulating operation. The apparatus is applied when a control program for every product requiring a precise servo control is developed.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a real-time simulation system for testing a controller, which outputs a control signal for controlling operations of a power converter and an AC motor. The real-time simulation system comprises a real-time simulation module, a load simulation module and an operation management and monitoring module. The real-time simulation module constructs a first model simulating the dynamic behaviors of the AC motor coupled to the mechanical load. The real-time simulation module operates a simulation program for generating a first simulation result. The load simulation module constructs a second model simulating dynamic behaviors of the mechanical load and generates a second simulation result by a simulation program. The real-time simulation module can adjust the simulation program to the first model according to the second simulation result. The operation management and monitoring module monitors the operation of the real-time simulation module and the load simulation module.

The first control element contains a first multistage converter that includes a first converter output, which is electrically connected to a terminal on the converter side of a first inductive component at whose terminal on the control device side the first control element output is implemented. A direction of flow of the first simulation current is reversible, and the simulation device also includes a computing unit for execution of model code.
