摘要: A water drain valve system structured to drain water from a fuel-water separator. The system includes a collection vessel structured to temporarily store water, a liquid level sensor structured to monitor a level of the temporarily stored water, a drainage port extending radially from the collection vessel and having a port inlet and a port outlet, and a valve assembly. The port inlet receives water to be drained from the collection vessel, the water flowing through the drainage port and exiting through the port outlet. The valve assembly is movable between a closed position in which the port outlet is closed, and an open position, in which the port outlet is open, to selectively allow water to be drained from the collection vessel. The valve assembly includes a solenoid coupled to a seal member, the seal member closing the port outlet in the closed position of the valve assembly.

摘要: A system is provided for controlling a grain cart relative to a grain truck. The grain cart includes a grain tank and an unload auger configured to transfer crop material out of the grain tank. The grain truck includes a truck box extending from a first end to a second end. The truck box includes a top edge extending around the top of the truck box. The system comprises a ranging device and a controller. The ranging device is configured to identify a distance to the top edge of the truck box and identify a distance to an area in the truck box. The controller is configured to determine a position of the grain cart relative to the grain truck, and determine whether the grain cart is positioned near the first end of the truck box. If the controller determines that the grain cart is positioned near the first end of the truck box, the controller is configured to determine a fill level in the area based on the distance to the top edge of the truck box and the distance to the area in the truck box, determine whether the fill level exceeds a threshold, and if the controller determines that the fill level does not exceed the threshold, the controller is configured to start the unload auger.

摘要: Various example embodiments relate to an automatic drain system for use with a fluid water separator. The automatic drain system includes a liquid-in-fuel sensor configured to detect a liquid level in a water sump. A pump includes an inlet in fluid communication with the water sump and an outlet in fluid communication with the inlet. The pump has an active state and an inactive state. The active state causes the pump to draw liquid in from the inlet and direct liquid toward the outlet. A battery is configured to power the pump. A circuit board is operably connected to the pump and battery. The circuit board includes at least one circuit having a first state and a second state. The first state prevents power flow from the battery to the pump. The second state facilitates power flow from the battery to the pump, transitioning the pump from inactive to active.

An anti-biofouling reservoir for an industrial fluid includes a reservoir space and sterilization zone or sump space as a lower portion thereof, and preferably a drain is coupled to the sterilization zone, a water sensor coupled to the sterilization zone that is used to periodically activate the drain and at least one UVC light source illuminating the fluid within the sterilization zone. An anti-biofouling water in fuel sensor includes a sensor body having a pair of spaced probes and at least one UVC light source configured for illuminating the probes.

摘要: In order to fill a reservoir while avoiding laborious manual filling operations, there is added to the existing device, including a supply duct, a pump and a measuring probe, a stop valve designed to interrupt the filling as soon as the desired level has been reached, which is detected for example by an air intake which controls the closure of the valve. Two level indicators are added and make it possible to ascertain either that optimum filling has been achieved or that a malfunction is present in the system. Application to the systems for oil filling of aircraft engine reservoirs from another reservoir arranged within the aircraft, generally common to all the engines.

摘要: A control gate adapted to be installed across a channel for liquids. The control gate includes a barrier member with a side member that has a circular arcuate section, the barrier member being pivotally mounted at or adjacent to the base of the channel; and a drive for raising and lowering the barrier member. The drive includes a cable, motor and first and second pulleys. The first pulley is coupled to the motor, the cable is secured to opposite first and second ends of the arcuate section, with the second pulley being adjacent to the arcuate section. The cable passes along the arcuate section from the one end to pass under the second pulley in contact therewith, is looped around the first pulley, above the second pulley, then passes under the second pulley and is secured to the second end of the arcuate section.
