    摘要: According to one embodiment, a biometric authentication device includes a sensor and an illumination device. The sensor includes a first base material, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements and a first control unit. The illumination device includes a second base material, a plurality of light emitting elements and a second control unit. Upon lighting the light emitting element at a predetermined position in the groups of the light emitting elements by the second control unit, the first control unit controls the operation of the photoelectric conversion elements so as to acquire a signal from the photoelectric conversion elements at predetermined positions of the groups of the photoelectric conversion elements.

    摘要: Wearable optical devices, methods and systems for obtain dynamic and static physiological parameters from a subject are disclosed. Example devices can be worn around an appendage, such as a finger, and utilize PPG sensors to obtain signals from the appendage. The PPG sensors are positioned to acquire signals suitable to reconstruct an image of the inner appendage using, for example, diffuse optical tomography, to provide additional information. The devices, methods, and systems can obtain dynamic and static physiological parameters and accurate images in real-time.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to several types of finger vein sensor. In certain embodiments, the finger vein sensor includes: an image sensor, and an infrared light source. Image sensor captures infrared image of finger vein pattern of a finger of a target human. The image sensor faces down and is positioned at top of finger vein sensor. The infrared light source may include a predetermined number of infrared light-emitting diodes (LED), and they are arranged in one or more rows and one or more columns and positioned at bottom of finger vein sensor. The finger is positioned between infrared light source and image sensor. The infrared light from the infrared light source irradiates the finger vertically from the bottom to generate the infrared image of finger vein pattern of the finger on the image sensor, and the image sensor captures the infrared image of finger vein pattern of the finger.
