In an embodiment, the inductive component includes at least one electrical conductor, a coil former with a hollow-shaped winding former, for being wound with the at least one electrical conductor, and a magnetic core, which is arranged in a cavity of the winding former. The at least one electrical conductor is surrounded by a potting material. The potting material has no directly adherent contact with the magnetic core so that the magnetic core is decoupled from the potting material.

摘要： A transformer in which the high-voltage and low-voltage coils are easily laminated when they are alternately laminated in their axial directions, improving power efficiency. The transformer includes: a high-voltage coil including a wire wound around a cylindrical winding drum of a bobbin which is provided with flanges on both ends of the winding drum; a low-voltage coil formed of a flat plate member having an open ring shape, the low-voltage and high-voltage coils being alternately laminated in their axial directions; and a cover member which has a ring plate shape and is coaxially laminated on an outside of a laminate in an axial direction. The low-voltage coil is between the high-voltage coil and the cover member, and a wall portion protruding in the axial direction from the bobbin of the high-voltage coil and a wall portion protruding in the axial direction of the cover member are alternately disposed.

A height of the partition walls 46 is determined so that one or more of the wires 22 can pass through. At least one connecting groove 46a, connecting each section which are adjacent to each other, is formed on each partition wall 46.

摘要： There are provided a thin transformer capable of being used in a thin display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, a light emitting diode (LED) device, and a flat panel display device including the thin transformer. The transformer includes a bobbin part including inner and outer bobbins each including a pipe shaped body part having a though-hole formed in an inner portion thereof and a flange part protruding outwardly from both ends of the body part; coils respectively wound around the inner and outer bobbins; and a core electromagnetically coupled to the coils to thereby form a magnetic path, wherein the outer bobbin includes a support part formed at the flange part formed at an upper end of the body part of the outer bobbin so as to cover a portion of the through-hole, and the inner bobbin is coupled to the outer bobbin while having one end supported by the support part.

A conductor is disposed in the elongated body and electrically coupled with the header connector portion and the intermediate electrode. The conductor wound within the intermediate segment to form first and second inductive coils that are axially separated from each other by an inter-coil gap, wherein the first and second inductive coils have different self-resonant frequencies.
