摘要： A thin push button structure includes a main board, a circuit board, an elastic element, a supporting plate, a key top and a frame. The circuit board is disposed on the main board and formed with a plurality of cavities. The supporting plate includes a seat, an extending portion and a contacting portion. The seat is formed with a window at the central region and connected to the contacting portion by the extending portion. The elastic element is disposed on the circuit board. The key top includes a main body and a plurality of posts that extend therefrom. The frame includes a through opening and a plurality of alignment grooves at the periphery of the opening. The frame sleeves the key top, and the posts are received by the alignment grooves. The key top caps the contacting portion and is movable within the alignment grooves and the cavities.

摘要： A switch device including an operating member which includes a plurality of actuating sections, opposing corresponding spring sections, for operating their corresponding spring sections. By actuating the actuating sections, corresponding switches are switched. Ends of the actuating sections which oppose their corresponding spring sections are inclined in the outward direction of the operating member. The tilt angle of an actuating section which opposes its corresponding spring section which is not provided along with a switch is greater than the tilt angle of an actuating section which opposes its corresponding spring section which is provided along with its corresponding switch. In a conventional switch device, one or two switches are actuated depending on what portion of the operating member is pressed. Therefore, differences in the clicking characteristics are produced. This gives rise to the problem that an operator which operates the operating member experiences a different tactile feel when operating the operating member. The invention provides a switch device which provides uniform operability.

摘要： A switch device having uniform operability includes an operating member which is rockably stopped by a case, a rubber spring including four spring sections which are disposed at peripheral edges of the operating member inside the case, respectively, and three switches which are disposed in correspondence with three of the four spring sections. The spring sections are selectively actuated two at a time as a result of rocking the operating member in one direction. In the switch device, the spring sections are actuated and buckled by operating the operating member in order to switch the switches. In addition, the click ratio of the spring section which is not provided with a switch is greater than the click ratios of the spring sections which are provided with the switches.

The device may be configured in such a way that the pellet will push the normally closed contacts of a switch out of contact, or the pellet or pellets may mechanically link a stacked set of switches in order to provided ganged, multiple throw operation.

The operator control device can further include at least one restoring element, formed of silicone and supported on the base element and on the pushbutton switch, which can be elastically deformed by moving the pushbutton switch from the position of rest into the activation position. Using the restoring element, the pushbutton switch can be moved from the activation position into the position of rest by relaxing the restoring element.

Furthermore, an inwardly projecting catch section is provided on the inner periphery of the support section, and an engaging hole is provided on the depressing section of the button into which the catch section is to be inserted. In this configuration, an opening on the top surface of the case is not required when manufacturing the case and the button by resin molding. As a result, a switch apparatus is obtained which is superior in resistance to water and dust and stable in operation.
