摘要: A venting system for a keyboard assembly is disclosed. A keyboard assembly including a printed circuit board defining a set of apertures, and a group of switch housings coupled to the printed circuit board. Each switch housing of the group of switch housings may define a switch opening positioned above one of the set of apertures of the printed circuit board. The keyboard assembly may also include a shield defining at least one channel of a venting system formed below the printed circuit board. The at least one channel may be in fluid communication with at least one aperture, and at least one of the switch openings positioned above the at least one aperture.

摘要: A dome switch utilized in a keyboard assembly is disclosed. The keyboard assembly may include a printed circuit board having a first electrical connector formed in the printed circuit board, and a second electrical connector formed in the printed circuit board adjacent the first electrical connector. The keyboard assembly may also include an inner contact component contacting the second electrical connector of the printed circuit board. The inner contact component may be in electrical communication with the second electrical connector of the printed circuit board. Additionally, the keyboard assembly can include a dome switch surrounding the inner contact component. The dome switch may contact and may be in electrical communication with the first electrical connector of the printed circuit board.

摘要: Disclosed is keypad circuitry operable to detect a pressed key while reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI). The keypad circuitry is operable to reduce EMI in two ways: a) reducing the voltage swing occurring at the row circuitry and column circuitry of the keypad, and b) reducing the number of signal transitions by restricting the signal transitions to occurring at the column and row corresponding to a pressed key. By limiting signal transitions to occurring only at the row and column corresponding to a pressed key, fewer signal transitions occur, and thus, less EMI is produced. Additionally, reduced voltage swings at the row circuitry and column circuitry results in reduced EMI.

摘要: A luminous switch using an inorganic EL material is provided with a plurality of switch sections so as to reduce acoustic noise. The switch sections are provided with a plurality of protruding parts (112) and a plurality of supporting sections (113) formed on a surface of a structure (101); an elastic deformable conductor (124) arranged to have a convex surface opposed the protruding parts (112); a wiring sheet (102A) for covering the conductor (124); a luminous sheet (160) for covering the wiring sheet (102A); and a plurality of switch buttons (125) arranged above the luminous sheet (160). The luminous switch has a structure in which at least two supporting sections (113) are arranged around the protruding parts (112), and a space (111) is formed between the protruding parts (112) and a switch sheet (102). The conductor (124) is accommodated in the space (111). In a case main body (101), an electronic component (103) is mounted and a substrate (104) provided with wiring is arranged. The switch buttons (125) are fixed on a key sheet (129). A top plate (106) is arranged on the key sheet (129) by surrounding the switch buttons (125). The top plate (106) is arranged to cover lower components.

The multi-step pressurized switch includes a switched PCB connected to a PCB of an electronic device and having at least one or more contact points on the top, and an elastic plate settled on the top of the switched PCB and electrically connecting the contact points with each other if there is pressure. The elastic plate includes a first projection protruding upward from the edge of the elastic plate, a second projection joining with the first projection and protruding in the same direction with the first projection, and a first slope bending down toward a direction opposite to the first projection from the edge of the elastic plate.

摘要: A contact element for the intermittent contacting of conductor tracks on a circuit board, in particular, for flexible touchpads, for example for flexible input devices in the automobile industry, is made from a metal foam. The metal foam may be at least partly infiltrated by an elastomeric material which can also be the material of construction of the touchpad. The contact element has a very reliable construction which is particularly suitable for high voltage application. A method for production of the contact element, touchpads/input devices with such contact pads and the use of the contact pads is also provided.

摘要: An EL sheet keypad comprises a conductive material layer coated on the entire surface of an EL sheet or the surface of the EL sheet where light is not emitted. The conductive material layer is connected to ground of a printed circuit board or to ground of the EL sheet by means of a conductive adhesive tape or conductive paste. According to the present invention, damage to the internal circuits of the mobile phone, which may occur when testing appropriateness of the EL sheet, is prevented. Furthermore, the EL sheet keypad has electrostatic shock and electromagnetic interference shielded functions.

摘要: The present invention discloses a high voltage resisting keyboard comprising at least one press key on a casing, a circuit board inside the casing, and a metal dome between the press keys and the circuit board inside the casing, wherein the edge of the metal hemisphere of the metal dome is directly connected to an end of an electrode of the circuit board, and the other end of the electrode is connected to an end of a resistor. Thus, when the edge of the metal hemisphere receives the high voltage current, the keyboard is protected by the resistor to avoid the high voltage current from being sent directly to another end of the resistor that is connected to another electronic component to achieve the purpose of protecting another electronic component.
