摘要： The present invention discloses a relay switch arrangement for a toaster, the arrangement has an actuating member releasably engaged to the engaging metal positioned above the electromagnet, and shifted between a power-on position and a power-off default position. A homing spring is provided biasing against the actuating member for maintaining the actuating member in the power-off position. Electrical contacts are respectively provided onto a pair of power slabs for selectively completing the circuit, wherein in the power-on position, the actuating member drives two contacts approach with each other complete the circuit to charge the electromagnet attracting the engaging metal, in the power-off default position, the circuit is powered off enabling the electromagnet to release the engaging metal, the homing spring will upwardly push the actuating member thus driving the engaging metal tilt up so as to disengage the pair of contacts for security purposes.

摘要： A timed switch has a housing member, an output connecting leg connected to an appliance, and a circuit board including both a timing device and an electromagnet. The output connecting leg is electrically connected to the circuit board, and has a front end movable member disposed behind the front wall of the housing member. A control button is pivoted to the outer side of the front wall from a middle with an upper and a lower pushing protrusions passing through the front wall to abut an upper part and a lower part of the movable member respectively. A first, and a second input connecting legs are provided, which are connected to the power, and the second further to the circuit board. A power-on end of the button is pushed to make the upper part, and the lower part of the movable member to contact the first leg and the electromagnet respectively; thus, the appliance and the circuit board are energized, and the electromagnet attracts the lower part of the movable member thereto so as to make the upper part continue to contact the first leg to complete the circuit. At the same time, the timing device is actuated such that the appliance can be automatically turned off at a preselected time after it has been actuated.

摘要： A timed switch has a housing member, an output connecting leg connected to an appliance, and a circuit board including both a timing device and an electromagnet. The output connecting leg is electrically connected to the circuit board, and has a front end movable member disposed behind the front wall of the housing member. The locking member is provided with a plastic tip 53. A housing portion for housing a coil spring 62 is provided in the moving pin.

摘要： A rotary switch adapted to be integrated into a push-to-start electrical control for a clothes dryer or the like employs a rotatable and axially translatable operator having an outwardly extending arm supporting a downward finger which travels across a pivotally mounted and downwardly arcuate lever to open and close contacts mounted on one end of the lever with rotation of the operator. Stops on rotation ensure that the finger is positioned on the lever so as to provide positive biasing of the operator to its end positions. The armature of a relay is actuated by a second arm from the operator contacting the armature within a triangle formed by the electromagnet coil and pivot supports preventing de-stabilization of the armature by the operator. Assembly of the relay to a base of the switch is provided by integrally molded hooks receiving tabs which cover holes necessary for the hook's manufacture. The operator is supported in a socket having a thin bottom wall that breaks free upon axial impact against the operator such as otherwise would be expected to damage the integrity of the switch housing.
