    摘要: Methods and systems for actuating a negative rate switch. A negative rate switch comprising a plunger and a resilient actuator thereof can be provided, wherein a highest plunger force occurs at a free position and a lowest plunger force occurs at a full over travel position. The negative rate switch can be configured such that when the resilient actuator provides resilient actuating force to overcome a free position force associated with the free position, the plunger moves without interruption through a total range of travel thereof and when the resilient actuating force drops slightly below a full over-travel plunger force associated with the full over travel position, the negative rate switch overcomes the resilient actuating force to return the plunger to the free position thereof without interruption.

    摘要: A snap action switch blade has two resilient legs which project from an integral base portion beyond and on each side of a tongue to which an operating force is applied. The legs are joined together by a contact element which is welded to two inwardly projecting arms at the free ends of the legs, drawing the latter together to prestress the blade with a dish deformation. The two arms may be narrower than the legs, their common centerline being spaced from the contact zone of the contact, so that a twisting action is imparted to arms prior to separation of the contact from a fixed contact, assisting in breaking contact welds.

    摘要: A labor-saving micro-switch comprises a housing, a press member located on the housing, an actuation member located in the housing and a driven member located between the press member and actuation member. The press member is depressible to move reciprocally in a displacement inside the housing. The driven member includes a pivotal portion hinged on the housing in a swivelable manner, a force-receiving portion opposite to the pivotal portion in the displacement and a force-applying portion driven by the force-receiving portion and movable about the pivotal portion serving as a fulcrum to press the actuation member. The driven member drives the actuation member to switch between a first conductive state and a second conductive state through a lever principle. The micro-switch thus formed can achieve higher sensitivity and reduce production cost.

    摘要: An electrical snap-action switch has as its moving member a strip (15) of a springy metal with which there is integrally formed a contact-carrying arm (18). This strip is held bowed into a C shape in a metal carrier (10) with a concave inner face (11) near which the strip lies when in one position.The operating member of the switch is a rocker (23) of an insulating material which rocks on a convex "bump" (24) on the carrier so that it has an inwardly extending pillar (24) with two studs one on each side of the strip (15). Hence operation of the rocker snaps the strip between its two positions, with corresponding movement of the contact carrying arm.
