    摘要: A color picture tube apparatus having a system for increasing an upper and lower pincushion distortion in the peripheral portion in the vertical direction by making the preliminary vertical deflection force when an electron beam is deflected toward the peripheral portion in the vertical direction of a phosphor screen relatively smaller than the preliminary vertical deflection force when an electron beam is deflected toward the middle portion in the vertical direction of the phosphor screen. With the color picture tube apparatus using an S-shaped distortion correction circuit, an upper and lower inner pincushion distortion can be optimized while correcting the upper and lower pincushion distortion.

    摘要: A color picture tube device has a funnel glass, a pair of horizontal deflection coils, an insulating frame, and a pair of vertical deflection coils. The pair of horizontal deflection coils are opposed to each other in a vertical direction around the outer surface of the funnel glass, and each have a window at the center. The insulating frame covers the horizontal deflection coils, resembles in shape a part of the funnel glass where the horizontal deflection coils are provided, and has openings in areas corresponding to windows of the horizontal deflection coils. The pair of vertical deflection coils are opposed to each other in a horizontal direction around the outer surface of the insulating frame, without overlapping the openings. In this color picture tube device, a pair of correction coils are provided so as to be each at least partially inserted in a different one of the openings.

    摘要: A ring-formed correction coil for generating a magnetic field is mounted on the cathode side of CPM 4 provided on the neck portion of a color cathode ray tube, thereby being disposed distant from the deflection yoke. By using the magnetic field generated by supplying a correction current from a control circuit to the correction coil of this arrangement, correction of convergence error of R and G beam horizontal lines are carried out without causing landing transition or raster rotation. Further, since the correction coil is disposed distant from the phosphor screen, a large amount of correction can be assured on the phosphor screen, thereby saving current supplied from the control circuit to the correction coil.

    摘要: A color cathode ray tube includes a three beam inline electron gun; a deflection device for performing deflection and self-convergence; a static beam convergence device having permanent magnets for generating a magnetic field adjustable to converge three electron beams at a central portion of a phosphor screen; and a dynamic convergence device having coreless electromagnetic coils for generating a magnetic field adjustable to converge three electron beams at peripheral portions of the phosphor screen. The dynamic beam convergence device includes a spiral coil conductor formed on a non-magnetic film. The dynamic beam convergence device also includes two cylindrical holder members having large and small diameters, respectively, made of an insulating material, which are held in such a manner as to be coaxial and overlapped on each other; and a coil member including a plurality of printed coils for generating magnetic fields having an even number of poles contained in a flexible film, the coil member being disposed between the two cylindrical holder members having large and small diameters respectively; wherein a plurality of the printed coils are stacked in the flexible film in such a manner as to be insulated from each other; and printed coils adjacent to each other and having the same diameter are electrically connected to each other in the flexible film.
