    摘要: A DC electric machine interpole disposed between adjacent main field poles is magnetically isolated from the machine frame and is characterized in that the pole piece or pieces which conduct interpole flux from the interpole into the armature is (are) longitudinally displaced and circumferentially adjacent to the pole piece or pieces which conduct interpole flux from the armature to the interpole. The longitudinal displacement of the sending and receiving pole pieces permits the circumferential width of the interpole to be relatively small thereby reducing flux leakage from main field pole to main field pole to effect an improvement in the performance of the machine.

    摘要: In a rotating machine, for example heteropolar, auxiliary poles (14) are placed in practically the field poles (4) and close to the peripheral of a salient section (.delta.) of rotor (2), the same azimuth symmetry plane as the poles are supplied by a current (i) regulated by a power supply and auxiliary regulation device (16), the armature current (I) and rotation speed (N) of the rotor expose armature conductors (8) in commutation to an equalizing flux providing for arc-free commutation. Auxiliary poles can be supplied with a current regulated by the field current to cancel the currents flowing in the armature conductors on the field poles. These machines, for example also acyclic with voltage step-up, have high specific power and efficiency, and can be employed for example, in electric traction or propulsion.

    摘要: A direct current dynamoelectric machine is disclosed including plural main poles on a field frame with a wound armature rotatably mounted therein. The main poles utilize high-strength permanent magnets which are thick enough to supply a magnetic field, but having means at an edge portion thereof (such as at the trailing edge on a D.C. motor) for increasing the air gap towards that edge to resist demagnetization resulting from armature reaction. Particularly, the permanent magnets of the main poles include a concentric portion of constant thickness and a flared portion of the same constant thickness, wherein the flared portion joins the concentric arc portion in a tangential manner. The dynamoelectric machine also includes permanent magnet interpoles between the main poles, wherein each permanent magnet for each interpole is supported nearby the armature surface by a means that is magnetically non-conductive so that flux from the permanent magnet interpole is limited by an effectively large air gap to a value appropriate for the strength of an interpole.

    摘要: A DC motor is configured so that, while either one of a pair of power feeding brushes makes contact with two commutator segments, the other makes contact with only one of two commutator segments. The DC motor is further provided with: a plurality of coils; a filter unit; and a calculation unit. The number of turns of a predetermined coil among the plurality of coils is different from the numbers of turns of the other coils. The filter unit allows the passing of the waveform of current generated on the basis of the fact that the numbers of turns are different from each other, and interrupts the waveform of current generated at the switching of the states of the contacts of the power feeding brushes to the commutator segments. The calculation unit calculates a rotational speed from the waveform passed through the filter unit.

Each tooth is wound with one of the first elements and one of the second elements. the m first elements form a plurality of element groups, each having n first elements connected in series, and being connected only to corresponding commutator segments at both ends thereof, where P≧n≧2. Both ends of each second element are connected to corresponding commutator segments.
