Abstract:
An image forming optical element is provided, in which an incident unit having a first lens face to which a light beam output from an original document (object) is input, an output unit having a second lens face outputting the light beam, and a bent unit connecting the incident unit and the output unit at an angle are integrally formed into a transparent medium. The bent unit has a reflection face reflecting the incident light beam input to the first lens face and guiding the light beam to the second lens face. The incident light beam is collected at any of the incident unit, the bent unit, and the output unit to form an intermediate image of the object, and the intermediate image is formed on the output side of the second lens face to form an erection image of the object.
Abstract:
An image reading device includes a light source; a light guiding member; an imaging optical system that reflects the light, which faces a first direction from the object, in a second direction intersecting the first direction by a reflective plane disposed in the first direction of the object, that makes the light, which is reflected by the reflective plane, converge toward the second direction by an emission portion disposed in the second direction of the reflective plane, and that images an erect equal-magnification image of the object in the second direction of the emission portion; and an optical sensor that is disposed in the second direction of the emission portion of the imaging optical system, and detects the erect equal-magnification image that is imaged by the imaging optical system, in which the light guiding member is disposed at an object side of the emission portion in the first direction.

Abstract:
An optical module 100 includes an optical path unit 101 including a plurality of reflectors 104 for securing an optical path of reflected light from a manuscript, an image processing unit 102 including a reading device 105 which reads image information on the manuscript based on the reflected light from the manuscript entered via the optical path, and a connecting component 103 which connects the optical path unit 101 and the image processing unit 102 so that their positional relation will become a prescribed state.
Abstract:
A contact image sensor unit includes: a light source (10) illuminating an original; a rod-like light guide (11) guiding light from the light source to the original; an imaging element (12) forming reflected light from the original on a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements; a sensor substrate (14) on which the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are mounted; a frame (15) to which they are attached and which has a positioning part (200) for attaching the light guide (11) thereto; and a supporting member (16) which attachably/detachably supports the light guide (11) and is attachably/detachably attached to the positioning part (200). Since the light guide (11) can be attached to the frame (15) without using an adhesive, the deformation of the light guide (11), the warpage of the contact image sensor unit and so on can be prevented.
Abstract:
An optical scanner includes an optical housing, which houses a light source, an aperture stop, a condensing lens and a rotary deflector, light from the light source entering into the rotary deflector via the aperture stop and the condensing lens, and the light deflected by the rotary deflector scanning a target to be irradiated, a fastener, which fastens the condensing lens to the optical housing, and a fastener attachment portion to which the fastener is attached, the fastener attachment portion being disposed in a downstream side of the condensing lens in a traveling direction of the light in the housing.
Abstract:
An optical scanning device includes a plurality of converging lenses and a plurality of supporting members. Each supporting member supports a corresponding one of the converging lenses. Moreover, the converging lenses are arranged so as to be out of alignment with one another in a main-scanning direction and are arranged in a row in a sub-scanning direction in such a manner that no converging lens interferes with supporting members that support other converging lenses.
