    摘要: Provided is an image processing system capable of coping with data which is obtained in a new color filter array, and making full use of the performance of a receiving-side device by reducing the influence of a difference in the performance of the receiving-side device on an image quality. An image processing system 100 includes a transmitting-side device 101 and a receiving-side device 102. The transmitting-side device 101 generates intermediate data by preprocessing RAW data, generates three-plane color data by processing synchronization of the intermediate data, and outputs placement information for specifying pixel positions corresponding to the three-plane color data and the intermediate data. The receiving-side device 102 restores the intermediate data using the three-plane color data and the placement information from the transmitting-side device 101, and generates the three-plane color data from the restored intermediate data.

    摘要: An apparatus to modulate the digital color signal using a simple circuit that utilizes neither multiplier nor ROMs to multiplying a sine wave and cosine wave. The digital color signal modulating apparatus includes a first selector, a second selector 3, and a third selector. The first selector and the second selector provide the U signal component and the V signal component of the digital color signal to the third selector at a half cycle, rate respectively. The third selector alternately selects one of those signals, which is combined with the sub-carrier wave. For both modulations with the sine wave and with the cosine wave, the input signal is inverted and the fourth selector selects the outputs of the through path and the inversion path in turn, thus producing the modulated outputs.

    摘要: An RGB encoder includes a Y-matrix processor, a chrominance signal processor, a bandpass filter, a delay element, an OTA (operational transconductance amplifier) control signal generator and a mixer. The OTA bandpass filter has a plurality of operational transconductance amplifiers for bandpass-filtering the chrominance signal, wherein the passband is varied according to the transconductance of the operational transconductance amplifiers included therein. The OTA delay element has a plurality of operational transconductance amplifiers for receiving and delaying the luminance signal, wherein the delay time is varied according to the transconductance of the operational transconductance amplifiers included therein. The OTA control signal generator generates first and second control signals in accordance with an NTSC/PAL select signal. The first control signal controls the transconductance of the operational transconductance amplifiers included in the OTA bandpass filter and the second control signal controls the transconductance of the operational transconductance amplifiers included in the OTA delay element. The mixer mixes the outputs of the bandpass filter and delay element, in order to produce a composite video signal. The RGB encoder has lower manufacturing costs and reduced power consumption.
