摘要: The present disclosure relates to an image pickup device that enables inhibition of occurrence of color mixture or noise, and an electronic apparatus. The image pickup device of the present disclosure includes an image plane phase difference detection pixel for obtaining a phase difference signal for image plane phase difference AF. The image plane phase difference detection pixel includes: a first photoelectric conversion section that generates an electric charge in response to incident light; an upper electrode section that is one of electrodes disposed facing each other across the first photoelectric conversion section, the upper electrode section being formed on an incident side of the incident light on the first photoelectric conversion section; and a lower electrode section that is another of the electrodes disposed facing each other across the first photoelectric conversion section, the lower electrode section being formed on an opposite side of the incident side of the incident light on the first photoelectric conversion section, the lower electrode section being multiple-divided at a position that avoids a center of the incident light. The present disclosure is applicable to image sensors.

摘要: In one embodiment, an imaging method may include receiving an intensity value of a first spectral channel associated with a pixel location. The intensity value of the first spectral channel may be based on electromagnetic radiation reflected from an object after being emitted from a narrow-band electromagnetic radiation source. The method may further include defining an intensity value of a second spectral channel based on the intensity value of the first spectral channel. The second spectral channel may be associated with a spectral region of electromagnetic radiation different from a spectral region of electromagnetic radiation associated with the first spectral channel. The method may also include associating the intensity value of the second spectral channel with the pixel location.

摘要: The imaging device includes a first pixel group and a second pixel group that include a plurality of pixels each having a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions that are separated by an isolation portion and arranged in a first direction and a plurality of transfer gates that transfer charges of the plurality of photoelectric conversion portions. A position of at least a part of the isolation portion within each of the pixels of the first pixel group and a position of at least a part of the isolation portion within each of the pixels of the second pixel group are shifted relative to each other in the first direction. Respective widths of portions where the plurality of separated photoelectric conversion portions overlap with the plurality of transfer gates in a planar view are the same.

摘要: The present technology relates to an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, electronic equipment and a program which can remove cyclic noise from an image including the cyclic noise.An estimating unit configured to estimate cyclic noise components included in each image picked up under different exposure conditions for each image is included. The estimating unit estimates the cyclic noise components for each image through operation utilizing mutual relationship between the noise components under the exposure conditions. For example, the cyclic noise is flicker. The mutual relationship between the noise components may be expressed with a shutter function of the exposure conditions in frequency space. The present technology may be applied to an imaging apparatus.

摘要: Snapshot spectral imagers comprise an imaging lens, a dispersed image sensor and a restricted isometry property (RIP) diffuser inserted in the optical path between the source image and the image sensor. The imagers are used to obtain a plurality of spectral images of the source object in different spectral bands in a single shot. In some embodiments, the RIP diffuser is one dimensional. An optional disperser may be added in the optical path, to provide further dispersion at the image sensor. In some embodiments, all imager components except the RIP diffuser may be part of a digital camera, with the RIP diffuser added externally. In some embodiments, the RIP diffuser may be included internally in a digital camera.

摘要: In an imaging device, a plurality of first photoelectric conversion units generate a first signal based on first visible light and infrared light. A plurality of second photoelectric conversion units generate a second signal based on only second visible light. An infrared absorption layer absorbs the infrared light and transmits only the second visible light. A plurality of third photoelectric conversion units generate a third signal based on the infrared light. A signal processing circuit generates a fourth signal by correcting the first signal using the third signal. The signal processing circuit generates a visible light image signal on the basis of the second signal and the fourth signal. The signal processing circuit generates an infrared light image signal on the basis of the third signal.
